Nice property, convenient. Repair work needs to be done in bathroom tub. Room was always clean. It smelled clean all the time. Simple breakfast- not much there! Very kind employees.

Property was clean, only complaint was the toilet flush valve was broke, and shower was leaking causing a rust stain over the tub.

The room was functional but a bit shabby. The linens were worn and I could not tell how clean they were due to wear.

Even though it states that breakfast is provided, there is NOT even coffee or water provided. My key never worked, so I kept having to go find the front desk lady to let me in my room. The clientele is questionable, making this an unsafe place to stay. They required me to pay them a $200 deposit, which they said would be refunded after my stay if I did not destroy the room or have a party. I have yet to have that refunded a month later. (That lets you know what kind of people stay here. At night, it is full of migrant workers drinking and smoking weed. Some of them were even sleeping in their trucks in the parking lot.) I flew in to town to find a house for my upcoming move, and this was one of the only hotels in the area with availability that didn't cost a fortune. I wish that I had spent the extra $100/ night on a better hotel and safer experience.

Shower head so low as if for midgets. Not movable at all. No breakfast, charged me $16 extra for requesting two bed room which I requested in the first place. Next night we spent in Hyatt hotel in Wichita it was the same price - but a beautiful hotel, awesome all around, super clean and modern. Great breakfast - included in price. The fact that there the dump in Copperas Cove was not 1/2 the price is laughable - and wrong!

Driving up to the hotel there was a tornup sign hanging off the entry arch. When you walk in you can see where the lounge should be but instead has a bunch of stuff stored in the area. The bathroom in the room was horrible. The towel rack was hung over the toilet and allows the towels to drape onto the toilet. The tub would not drain while showering. The tub would drain when the water was just running but start to back up after using soap. I told the staff about the issue and apparently it was draining good enough for them. The staff consisted of a man and a woman that were very friendly. All-in-all there is a lot of work to be done in this hotel to be given even a 1 star review. As of now i am of the opinion that the owners will fill the hotel with live in family members coming from outside the U.S.A. because part of the hotel already has family and the owners living on site. I do not suggest this hotel to anyone.

NEVER AGAIN

Never checked to see if the property served breakfast, it doesn't. Competitors in the area with the same rate served hot breakfast. Sheets were rough and smelled. No enough towels and washcloths for two people.

Disappointed

Could not open side door with key not working, no clock or radio in room, no type of food-snack for breakfast. Bed not comfortable. Not worth the stay for the rate to high for the service.

Ask for the handle on the toilet to be repaired and the guest relations clerk said it was. it was not repaired. also, no continental breakfast. disappointment.

Hotel switch

When I booked online it said I was booking a Days Inn with breakfast. The place was motel 6 and had no breakfast. Thr lady said it used to be a Days Inn but no longer offered the amenities.

Clean & cheap. Win-Win.

We stay there about once a month. Cheap & Clean. Worth the money. The lady that works at night is always very helpful and the staff in general is very nice.
