The backyard includes a private gas grill and a picnic table for fun summer cookouts, and the kids can romp around the grass while you settle into the hot tub while you catch up with old friends. When evening falls, you'll have four well-appointed upstairs bedrooms to take advantage of. The private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best, so you can even afford to pack light for your stay. Great vacation getaway
Great location and size for family of 4. Central air and washer dryer were so wonderful to have. Close to public beach, stores and fishing pier. Hot tub was clean and nice for relaxing at night.

Nice Place to Stay
Property was nice, updated, and furnishings were comfortable. Is in a good location for the price, but you need to drive to access the beach. Overall the house was clean except for some missed stains on the baseboards in the living and bathroom. Encountered a roach the first night and the management company quickly had pest control out to resolve the issue.

Overall we had a good experience. However, lack of kitchen essentials, grass not being cut, and some areas of house need more attention to detail (Bathroom had some minor mold in tub and on shower liner. The air vents need to be cleaned as it was dusty.) Other than these minor discrepancies, the house is close to beach, main road, grocery store etc. The neighborhood was quite. The size of house had more than enough room for us 2 people.

Good
Overall we had a good stay. The house was very clean and look exactly like the pictures. The bed was comfy and the place was close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The maintenance could be a little bit better as we didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom, oil in the kitchen for cooking, neither lighting or matches for the grill (which didn’t work on its own), no pool towels, the iron wasn’t working either. Most of those things we were able to manage on our own but it would have been nice if they kept those things working or for example replaced them like the hand soap in the bathroom. The communication was great though. Not happy with having to take the garbage out since we pay a very expensive cleaning fee.

KDH near the beach
Relatively short walk to the beach on 3rd St, though crossing the highway is not super pleasant. Neat and fresh accommodations, if sparsely appointed. We left some kitchen sundries and a new boogie board for future guests to use.

A very relaxing place to stay. The hot tub was a major plus. We went in it every evening. It was very clean and accommodating.

Just what we needed!
Just enough space, short drive to the beach (when we booked we'd expected to walk but it was a bit too far, but beach parking was free so no big). We didn't love the living room furniture or the comfort of the kitchen chairs but that wasn't a deal breaker by any stretch. The hot tub was a nice perk and we enjoyed a dinner in the back yard, and the front yard hose was suuuuper helpful for our sandy little ones haha. All in all a great week!
