Stay in a gated community with it's own Harbour Yacht & Racquet Club with Pool, Tennis Courts & Pickleball (0.6 mile from the house) & 4.5 mile easy drive to the Atlantic Ocean at Kill Devil Hills nearest beach access! Centrally located, you are close to all the must see's while on your getaway in the OBX! Launch your kayak or stand-up paddle board from the property.

You'll be neighbors with some of the most popular property rentals like Sunset Sanctuary, and just around the corner from Scouts Harbor, and Sunset View, making it the perfect hub if you're traveling with family or friends staying nearby.

This outstanding Canal front house offers amazing views for almost every room! As you pull up to the house you enter on the main/middle level with no stairs to contend with - one bed, bath, living room, dining & well stocked kitchen along with office space & sunroom plus deck with grill all located on this level.
Large open concept living room and kitchen. Sun porch offers those beautiful sights of the Canal/Sound as well! Deck off of sun porch is a PERFECT way to enjoy the sunsets with a nice glass of your favorite beverage!
Go up one level of inside stairs to the Master bedroom with attached ensuite with a private tub with more views of the Canal/Sound & shower with heat lamp. Lots of custom-made touches throughout this space - BONUS - mini-fridge in the master bath! The master bedroom is spacious with large closet and exterior deck facing the canal. Washer/dryer located upstairs as well along with 2nd bedroom with large closets!
Plenty of parking in the front and on the side of the house. HUGE boat dock with water and electricity - STRAIGHT shot out to the Sound - SUPER easy access! A special spot on the property we like to refer to as The Oasis - a cozy spot to sit by the waterfront with outdoor firepit! Tiki bar located on the water side of the home for shaded waterfront enjoyment! Continue past the house to the community pool, sound beach, and tennis/pickle ball courts! BONUS - bring your pup along as we are Dog Friendly!

Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owner's closets/ground level of property.

As our guest you have access to the community Sound front pool and tennis courts.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Primary guest must be 25+ and staying at the property. Host may request IDs at booking and onsite for verification
This is a family friendly and corporate friendly space and not a space for guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied with their parents.
