Gull Point Too is a newly constructed home centrally located at milepost 6.5 in Kill Devil Hills. This modern design features quality finishes throughout, including LVT flooring, custom tile, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. An open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen area make the space feel bright and inviting. Everything you'll need is within a mile radius: shopping, groceries stores, a movie theater, mini golf and restaurants including The Jolly Roger and Goombays Raw Bar and Grill. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to the Avalon Fishing Pier. Best of all, the beach is just a short bike ride away at the nearby Fifth St. public access.

Beautiful property, perfect for a week at the beach. The communication with the hosts was pretty poor as I had been trying to reach them for a few weeks before my stay and no response.

Great Family Friendly Beach House

Overall a great beach house and a great location! It easily fit our family and was fairly toddler friendly. Lots of kitchen tools and appliances to use, and an huge bonus for us was the baby/toddler utensils/plates! Our only complaint was that the floors were very sandy and dirty to the point where we needed shoes on the entire time. Also, be careful with the beach access that they advertise to go to. Very limited parking, and don’t even attempt to park if you don’t have 4-wheel drive. Our car immediately got stuck in the sand and we ended up having to park somewhere else once we eventually got out.

Beautiful house close to the beach

This house was wonderful! Very modern with new flooring, cabinets, etc. They even gave complementary dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and extra trash bags. The towels and washcloths did leave much to be desired though, as they were very rough. The location was great for the price. It definitely isn’t oceanfront, but is just down the road from countless restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Very well worth the price paid! My only true complaints were that the floors were very sandy/dirty when we arrived and it was unclear which door to go into. The bottom floor had a locked door with shoes, a shoe rack, and toys outside, so it looked like someone lived there or I was at the wrong place. The unit itself is upstairs, but it wasn’t clearly stated anywhere in the check-in instructions/emails that the rental was the upstairs portion only. Once I figured out where to go, check-in was a breeze and I didn’t see anyone on the property the whole time we were there. I would love to bring my family back!

Beautiful Beach House

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. As soon as you enter the house it looks like what you expect at a beach house. The house was clean and well equipped. We didn’t realize there was a gas grill for our use so you may want to update your listing. The beach was a quick ride by car and we appreciated the owner’s note on where to park. The house is centrally located to many attractions. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great spot

Such a perfect little house for a family. Clean and in excellent condition, well-equipped, and a great location if looking to explore OBX. Would definitely stay here again!
