Great location, mediocre unit (Repair the front staircase & facade - too expensive)
Pros:- This property is located in a great area just across the street from the Wright Brothers Memorial- The resort pool is nice (tons of lounge furniture, kids splash pad & kiddie pool area, lazy river, awesome slide, & adults lap area) 10/10- Dog friendly grass/potty areas are convenient to the unit with stations to grab poop bags & a trash can.Cons:- Upon entering the unit - it was a blazing 80 degrees. (PM Team: Do a service to your incoming guests and send over a team member to set the AC to 74 to cool the property down before their check in.)- In the kitchen there was no salt/pepper in the shakers, no tin foil or cooking spray, one package of dishwasher crystals, one small bottle of a gelatinous “dish soap”, the paper towels & the trash bags are from the dollar tree & are paper thin, the toaster has a heating coil broke inside so anything you toast will burn, the light in the microwave doesn’t work (PM Team: Replace the toaster & fix the light in the microwave, also please leave your guests at least salt/pepper, cooking spray, parchment or tin foil, & more than one pack of dishwashing crystals)- The master bedroom’s (at the front of the unit) bathroom was very musky/fishy smelling upon entering (like the trash bags, the toilet paper is super poor quality & the white bed sheets had a hole in them.)- The back bedroom has the worst/hardest bed I have ever slept on & the bathroom needs a deep cleaning!- Cleaning supplies are horrible - you can’t even sweep!
