Kitchenette with Fridge, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishware, & Sink. A Private Hot Tub. Grilling Area & Cornhole. Free Ultra Fast Wi-Fi. Linens & Towels Included. A cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon. Minutes to the beach with free parking, amazing sunsets and sunrises.

The Space:
This space is the lower level of a single-family home with a private entrance. It offers a king bed with a memory foam mattress and clean white linens. There is a TV, dresser, hanger stand, kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, dishware, microwave, and sink + a full bath with a walk-in shower. You have slider access to the rear yard and a private hot tub.

You will be provided a door code to access the home.

This home sits in a quaint neighborhood on the west side of Kill Devil Hills. The home sits just steps from the Bay Drive Multi-use path for miles and miles of walks or bike rides. Drive 5 minutes to the Hayman Beach Access and parking lot with free parking.
