Located in Historical Downtown, this Upscaled Loft with a twist has a large balcony, overlooking Kilgore' s: World's Richest Acre. With a wealth of history & culture at your fingertips, your family and friends will be in awe of this great escape.

The Loft can also be rented for overnight stay at the rate of $150 + additional fees per night .

This loft is designed for small gatherings, NOT to EXCEED 20 guest.

Note...Pictured in the slideshow is a banquet style setup option for your next occasion/event. You can design your setup or we can set up your design for an additional cost (call for more information).

The Rental host has the option of staying overnight with 5 additional guests.

Rental host MUST provide additional arrangements for their guest (ie: setting up large front). You are welcome to bring additional air mattresses.

Amazing, Awesome and Accommodating!
We had a blast celebrating my daughters birthday. The loft is so cute and has everything you need. The location is great and lets you enjoy the quint downtown. The Christmas lights on the oil derricks made the night skyline more special. Precious was very accommodating with any questions or requests we had. I can’t thank her enough for sharing this beautiful space and allowing us to use it to make wonderful memories.

THIS is the way to visit KILGORE!
Everything was amazing and beautiful. The location is great, in the beautiful and historic downtown district of Kilgore. You are literally in the middle of the World's Richest Acre row of oil derricks. The balcony is something else. I watched the Fall sun set under the derricks. It was an experience I will never forget and can't wait to share with my spouse. The kitchen is gorgeous and trendy. The bathroom is ultra stylish with a walkthrough shower splitting the two sink areas. Coolest layout ever. There are beautiful exposed beams and original brick walls that really add to the eclectic and historic feel of the loft. The wood floors may have been original too and are in fantastic shape. The bed was legitimately the best sleep I have had in a very long time. If you like plush and cozy beds this is for you! After having a horrible time over the summer staying in Kilgore and Tyler's lousy array of hotels while visiting my terminally ill father, I decided to check VRBO for better options. This place is a blessing to travelers! Stay here and you will not regret it!
