This Studio has been recently renovated and furnished for your beach getaway. You have a view of the tennis court from the lanai, while enjoying your breakfast or morning coffee. The unit comes with air conditioner to keep you cool after a day at the beach. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui. Rainy day? Enjoy movies or catch up with some emails with free WiFi

The condo complex is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, Kalepolepo Fishpond and Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. You can enjoy the complex pool and hot tub or play tennis at the tennis court. There is also a BBQ grill by the pool to prepare your favorite grill recipes.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Pool Policy: access to the community pool.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
