Maui Paradise Menehune Shores unit 524 is ready for you! Let the stunning views, overall comfort and the island's Aloha spirit transport you to a place where stress isn't allowed to exist.

Enjoy the ocean breezes in our fifth-floor ocean front condominium. Whether you are here for just a few days or for a month you will find everything you need. Brand new A/C, installed in 2022, as well as all new furniture! Enjoy the lanai with morning sunrise, plus rooftop for a great place to watch whales in winter! This condo is south facing so you can enjoy huge ocean views and also a beach view with palm trees from both the master bedroom, living room and the kitchen! Parking for one vehicle is included for no additional charge.

This oceanfront complex in a low density, peaceful area of Kihei, twenty minutes from the airport between Maalaea harbor and Wailea. Truly oceanfront, the complex is adjacent to a protected swimming and snorkeling beach and also the five mile long Sugar Beach which extends from the property north to Maalaea, and is perfect for long morning and sunset walks.

The property features an immaculately kept lawn area, a shuffleboard court, an on-site restaurant, a swimming pool and two BBQ areas. It sits next to the historic 16th century royal fishpond of Kalepolepo. The property is an excellent location for stunning sunsets, swimming, romantic beach strolling, and seasonal whale watching.

A heated pool and BBQ area are located in the tropically landscaped seaside grounds, and a rooftop BBQ and dining area provides stunning views of the ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. It is an ideal place to watch for whales in the winter and relax and enjoy Maui's breathtaking sunsets each and every evening of the year.

The complex is located minutes away from shopping and dining areas that will take care of all your vacation needs. Public tennis courts are 5 minutes walking distance from the condo. Additionally, an authentic Indian restaurant - Monsoon India - with a full bar and spectacular views is conveniently located on the ground floor of the complex.

Great condo, but in need of deep cleaning of floors…

It was a girls getaway myself and my niece. The condo two bedroom and two bathrooms Oceanfront. good couch,and chairs. definitelyneeds mattresses very very uncomfortable, bedroom curtains and living room curtains They look like they’re from the 1980s very worn bright white every morning you’ll wake up between 530 and 6 AM like if a flood light came on in your room the bedsheets were dirty. I pulled the blanket back and found a lots of hair on my sheets. The sheets are so worn and thin with old blood stains. The pillows are horrible. I went to the closet to get new bed linen not any better smelly and dirty that’s how I spend my first day is cleaning washing the bed comforters that were more brighter color and clean, when I was done with all that the first day there doing all this work.I was barefooted inside only an hour into my cleaning I looked at my feet and they were black as night. The floors are just being vacuumed. I believe tile floors, not being washed at all. It needs a deep cleaning of the floors.The curtains in the hallways are thicker than the bedrooms and the living room. curtains are not that expensive you could go on Amazon and get curtains for the living room and both bedrooms for a low price so you could sleep in a little on vacation, and that was not happening at all. In both bathrooms, no extra toilet paper but one roll that was already used for eight nights, as for the kitchen, no paper towels but a half of roll.Would not rent this place again.

Great stay

We had an amazing time here. We have stayed in M:Shores before, and I love how quick response and communication with property owner has been. We were able to check out later, which was amazing. Thank you for chairs, coolers, and will stay here again.

Great Property and good location

My family really enjoyed staying here! Access to town and the beach was the best. Had so much fun! Would book again. There were a few little quirks but nothing that would stop us from staying here again. The only issue I want to mention was was trying to get the office to get our parking pass between the hours of 9am-2pm but was able to talk to the parking enforcer and avoid any issues. But I heard the process might change to make it better. The manager of the property communicated wonderfully through the Vrbo app. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish I would be there right now!

Great memories

We returned to where my MIL went with her hubby for many years. Tranquil location, walked to the beach everyday. Sunsets from the roof, including some conch shell rituals and bbq, if the wind is calm. Lanai view of the sunrise and sunsets, the full moon was behind us and it was huge. We rented a car and explored much of the island. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Tile floors difficult to keep clean in such a sandy environment, bring slippers. An umbrella and three well-used beach chairs for use, be careful of the wind gusts. Grateful for the carts by each elevator; we had groceries delivered for convenience after long travel day.

Can't beat the location!

This location is hard to beat- right on the beach, great beach walking and wading and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The unit itself was comfortable though it could benefit from some upgrades (kitchen, bath, bedding) but all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved everything about this vacation ! Condo had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach gear ! Loved the parking - it was easy. The elevators were not an issue. The grills outside were awesome and clean.

Many wonderful things

We stayed here for a week with 2 kids (7 and 9), and it was overall a wonderful experience. PROS: Location - excellent proximity to beach and a short drive to all the action/beaches in Kihei. The rock reef right outside the property had turtles we could see each morning! Pool was very warm, very clean, and the kids LOVED it! Kitchen was very well-stocked and had everything we needed (and more!) Very comfy beds, nice linens, good storage, and individual AC units in each bedroom Excellent communication with property manager. Very responsive and helpful. CONS: Updated/outdated - it was definitely an older property, and nice updates have been made, but it felt a bit haphazard (ex: concrete walls mean that all conduit for AC is run on the outside of the walls. ex: bathrooms have nice tiled showers, but old tub and 1970s trash can. ex: multiple different tiles instead of one cohesive look.) None of this impacted how much we thoroughly enjoyed the place, but if you're looking for fully updated and "new", this wouldn't be the unit. Floors - I'm sure the logistics of keeping tile floors clean at the beach is difficult, but our feet were filthy if we didn't wear socks or flip flops in the unit. The walkway/ramp into the parking lot (from the side elevator) had a very "hidden" curb because of how it was tiled. I tripped off this and sprained my ankle and bruised my knee very badly. It could have been much worse, but please use caution with this ramp!

Great condo!

We loved staying here. The view was spectacular. This was a great option for us for our stay on Maui. The condo is well appointed. Communication was quick and easy. There are great restaurants within a 5 minute drive and the beach outside the condo area is great. We didn’t use the pool but it wasn’t crowded when we walked by a few times. The Indian restaurant smelled great but permeated some in the elevator and sometimes, the external hallway. We would stay here again.

great location in Kihei, nice condo

My family stayed in this lovely unit for a week. Everything went very smoothly. The turtles on the beaches out front were definitely a highlight! the rooftop grilling was great except for the wind we had but that just mother nature! The only thing I wish the unit had more of was beach items ( better chairs, an umbrella) but that's okay. We really enjoyed our stay and the lanai was wonderful. The location was great, so close to many things on the Island.

First Time to Maui

Enjoyed stay. Bird droppings on lanei chair took 4 days to get cleaned. Cleaning lady came 30 minutes early on check out day. Excellent view. Easy ocean access.

Spacious condo for family

Perfect location in north Kihei and easy to get anywhere in the island within 20 mins. Condo was spacious and has beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees. The condo is equipped with 3 AC units which kept it cool when we didn't want to open the windows due to high winds and smoky air from the brush fires. The trade-off is the main HVAC unit is on the patio and it gives off hot air. So we couldn't enjoy the outside patio and breeze due to the hot air being blown. Otherwise, we recommend the unit and condo community and we'd stay there again.

Great location

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was close to all of the shops and restaurants in Kihei, but also felt private. The beach access is right outside your unit and there are many places to get into and enjoy the water without concerns of rocks or strong waves or currents.

It was very clean and no bugs. But the unit is a little outdated. View was great. A few things needed some attention to but overall it was nice. I would probably find another place to stay next time. My sister stayed at the same complex but her unit was updated but, of course, more expensive.

First time visit to Maui and this condo exceeded our expectations!

The view was the top reason we chose this location and it did not disappoint! We traveled with our two adult kids so the extra room was great! Lots of space! AC which was much appreciated after a long day in the sun!! Only recommendation would be for more beach stuff, noodles, paddle boards, goggles, floats or tubes. To help parents of small kids have everything needed with no worries . Not a big deal but would be nice! First day coffee pot wasnt working and they were quick to replace it so we did not miss our morning coffee which is a must 😉 the view again was amazing! Will definitely come back for another visit!!
