「The Hotel is very comfortable, and staff are outstanding; they couldn’t be more helpful. It is in a good area, and close to many amenities. One huge bonus is the ample on-street parking. I had a big vehicle (a truck) and there was always adequate parking immediately outside. 」

Excellent location close to everything (a few min walk to the nearest metro station "Arkhitektora Beketova", 10 min walk to the Opera House and Schevchenko Park, there are also a few fast food restaurants including McDonald's nearby). The hostel staff was friendly and helpful and the price per night was very reasonable! I've stayed at many hostels in Europe and Asia and this one is one of the best!」

「The hotel was clean overall, but extremely small rooms, very small shower, there isn’t a Safe in my room, I was worried to leave my money and documents and credit cards and jewelry when I was leaving the hotel. They didn’t have an elevator and I have to carry my very heavy luggage up and down to the 3rd floor on a very high stairs and it was very huge problem. I can’t recommend this hotel - the accommodation is awful. The price is too high for this place unfortunately. But it was clean and the...

「Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. 」
