The floor plan of this unit is good for our family. Especially like that there are 2 master bedrooms with baths and a third bedroom with a bath across the hall. The kitchen is good sized and has a good eat-in area. I was surprised that there were no food condiments left in the unit, as every unit we have rented so far in Keystone has had them and some staple cooking ingredients, such as cooking oil, spices, etc. The non-stick cookware in the unit needs to be replaced due to age and wear. The pool across the way is a big hit with our grandkids. I like the Settlers' Creek location because it is more isolated, natural, and quieter than other condos in Keystone and has a neighborhood feel with other single homes around it. It is still fairly convenient to Dillon, the grocery, and Breckinridge. I did find it confusing trying to get the key to the unit when we first arrived. I would suggest that Summit Cove clarify that the lobby is in a small storefront, I had to call Summit Cove once I got there and couldn't find it.
