The sleeping arrangements include a primary master bedroom with a king bed and two secondary bedrooms featuring queen beds, all designed for a restful night. Two full bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone to get ready. The home extends outdoors into a private backyard, perfect for stargazing around the fire pit or enjoying the fresh mountain air. Practical amenities like a laundry room with a washer and dryer are included to make your stay feel like home.

Getting Around:

Getting to The Bear Necessities is a breeze, especially if you are arriving by car. We provide free parking right on the premises, so you can easily unload your bags and start your Black Hills adventure. While public transportation options are limited in this mountain region, the home is perfectly situated for exploring on foot, with downtown Keystone just a ten minute walk away. For those flying in, Rapid City Regional Airport is the primary gateway to the area and is approximately a forty five minute drive from our front door. Having your own vehicle is highly recommended to fully enjoy the scenic drives and nearby monuments at your own pace.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note that check in time is at 16:00 and check out time is at 10:00. We kindly ask that you respect our no smoking policy throughout the property. Pets are not permitted at The Bear Necessities. We do not allow events or parties to be held on the premises. Free parking is available on site for your convenience. We are always available via the platform messaging system should you have any questions during your stay.
