We encountered several significant issues during our stay at the penthouse (South Tower, Unit 2313). Unfortunately, our experience has been far below the expectations for a premium rental.1-Broken Elevator: The elevator in the South Wing was out of service for the entire week of our stay, which was extremely inconvenient given that we were staying on the 5th floor. We called management multiple times to check on the elevator situation, but we were only told what we wanted to hear, with no clear or honest updates provided. Each time, we were reassured that concierge assistance would be available if needed. However, when we called on the last day to request concierge help with our luggage, no one showed up, and no one followed up to confirm the assistance we had been promised. This lack of reliability and communication made the situation even more frustrating.2-Overwhelming Sewer Smell: Upon arrival, we were met with a strong sewer odor that was overwhelming and disappointing.3-Broken Ice Maker: The refrigerator’s ice maker was not functioning, which added to the inconvenience during our stay.4-No Hot Water in the Master Bathroom: The master shower lacked hot water throughout the stay, making showering uncomfortable and unacceptable for this type of rental.5-Unclean Bedding: On the first day, we found hairs on the bedding, which raised hygiene concerns and left us very disappointed.To say this has been a terrible experience is an understatement.
