  • Lush and tropical gardens surround this beautiful development in the heart of historic Old Town. Private, secured parking beneath the complex and security entrances gives the feeling of unparalleled exclusivity.

    The foyer of this Mediterranean-style unit opens to the living room, dining area, half-bath, and kitchen. The living room contains a queen-sized sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable, side tables, and a dining area for six. It also features French doors opening to your own private outdoor patio with chairs. With a breakfast nook for two to enjoy your morning coffee, the open kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, and toaster.

    Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, sofa for lounging, and French doors opening onto a private porch with seating. The primary also has a large ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and skylight. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath.
