Historic character and room to relax



Tall windows fill the main living area with natural light while original hardwood floors and detailed woodwork preserve the character of this historic Key West building.



The open room offers several comfortable chairs for relaxing, a wall-mounted TV and a dining table with seating for five. It’s a welcoming space for sharing breakfast, planning the day or winding down together in the evening.



Kitchenette



The well-equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner cooktop, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, sink, toaster, drip coffee maker and Keurig. There is ample counter and cabinet space for preparing breakfast, lunch, snacks and lighter dinners during your stay.



Two king bedrooms



Bedroom 1 is located directly off the living room and kitchenette. It features a king bed, large wall-mounted TV, writing desk and an original decorative fireplace with colorful tilework. This bedroom uses the full bathroom within the main portion of the suite.



The private connecting balcony leads to Bedroom 2, an exceptionally spacious room with an ornate four-poster king bed, large wall-mounted TV, dresser, wardrobe and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has its own entrance from the stairwell closest to the pool.



Each bedroom has its own Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplies. This distinctive layout gives both bedrooms privacy while keeping them connected as one suite.



Connecting balcony



Furnished with two chairs and a small table, the private balcony connects the two bedrooms and overlooks the Grand Café terrace and Duval Street. It’s a great spot for morning coffee, people-watching or an evening cocktail while taking in the energy of downtown Key West.



Shared pool



Guests have access to a small shared pool tucked into a tropical courtyard behind the activity of Duval Street. It’s a refreshing place to cool off and relax after sightseeing, shopping or a day spent exploring Key West.

Suite layout: The two bedrooms are connected by a private outdoor balcony. Guests staying in Bedroom 2 will cross the balcony to reach the living room and kitchenette.



Pool: Guests have access to a small shared pool in the property’s tropical courtyard. Pool towels are provided.



Laundry: A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are conveniently located near the pool.



Access: The suite is upstairs and requires climbing stairs.



Parking: There is no parking available on site. Guests will need to find street parking in the neighborhood or use a paid lot or garage that permits overnight or 24-hour parking.
