This Haven-ly Marina home is a picture perfect Keys escape. The 2 bed/2 bath main home and 1/1 casita is situated on a canal with a heated pool and waterfall, outdoor covered living areas, and a dock to sit and watch or tie-off your boat. The kitchen and outdoor dining/lounge areas are fully outfitted and ready for entertaining. You won't want to leave, but when you do you're only a few minutes to Key West and everything it has to offer.

MAIN HOUSE OVERVIEW

Master Suite: The highlight of the main house is the expansive master bedroom, furnished with a king-sized bed that promises restful nights. The room is complemented by a stunning en uite, a spacious walk-in shower to add to the sense of luxury.



Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is designed with versatility in mind, offering two single beds that can be seamlessly moved together to form a comfortable double bed, perfect for accommodating various guest needs. Adjacent to this room is the second bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, providing both practicality and comfort.



Living and Dining: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, featuring a cozy buffet for two and an additional dining area with seating for four.



Casita: This private in-law offers a queen size bed with a half bath perfect for privacy and convenience.

For additional guests there is either the pull-out couch in the living room or futon in office area.

DOCK FEATURES

Private Dock – Accommodates Boats Up to 35 Feet

One of the highlights of Private & Haven'ly is its private dock, offering guests the opportunity to truly enjoy the Key West waterfront lifestyle. The spacious, sturdy dock can accommodate a variety of watercraft and personal boats up to 35 feet in overall length (LOA), making it ideal for both seasoned boaters and those who choose to rent a boat during their stay.

Easy Access for Exploration:

With the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys right at your doorstep, head out for a day of fishing, snorkeling, cruising, or island hopping. The location offers convenient access to the surrounding waters, making it easy to enjoy everything the Keys have to offer by boat.

Even when you're not boating, the dock is a wonderful place to relax and take in the surroundings. Enjoy your morning coffee by the water, cast a line, watch the boats go by, or unwind at the end of the day while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Bringing a Boat?

Private dockage is available for an additional fee of $500 per 28-day stay and must be arranged and approved in advance. Boats may not exceed 35 feet in total overall length (LOA), including engines, swim platforms, pulpits and other extensions. Guests wishing to use the dock will be asked to provide the vessel's make/model, overall length, beam and draft prior to arrival. Dock use is subject to approval to ensure the vessel can be safely accommodated.

Guests will have access to the entire property including: the "casita" or in-law's apartment, the dock, and parking. The boat lift may be used by owners to store a small personal craft.

Guest Access - Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival.

*Rental Must be for a MINIMUM of 28 Days.

*Only 1 pet small well behaved pet, if allowed, will be subject to a $500 pet fee.

*Sunset Vacation and Management homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.

E-Bikes & E-Scooters: For fire and safety reasons, charging e-bikes, e-scooters, or other large lithium-ion batteries is not permitted inside the home or on porches, decks, or other areas attached to the home. Guests must make alternate charging arrangements.

*Cooler Rentals Available

For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.

Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.
