Perfect location!

Perfect

This being our third trip to the island and our first time staying at Promenade to Paridise ,the property and grounds were exceptional. Well worth the lease price. Views of the water, absolutely close to the heart of the action and the best beach on the island(Fort Zachary Taylor). The Truman annex is like a getaway from your getaway, quiet, slow and secure. We will absolutely stay here again on the next trip. If you have a chance to stay then book it! Tony & family

Fantastic location and well supplied!

We loved Promenade to Paradise. The different areas of the island all had different feels - old town, harbor, southernmost point, beaches, and new town. Truman Annex couldn't be a better location. We had a gorgeous water view, could watch the cruise ships come in, and still walk to Duval St., the harbor and southernmost point. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The porch is fantastic! Also, there were a lot of little extras - sunscreen, games, books, and kitchen supplies as well. Last Key was great to work with and we were so pleased with our entire stay!

Beautiful condo and amazing location

This property was exactly as described! Plenty of space with great amenities. The view from the porch was beautiful and we loved that the park was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly paradise!

This was our second time staying at the condo. It is the perfect location - close to everything and the beach. The condo is beautiful, maintained, and has a huge balcony with the most magnificent view. We love staying here while in Key West and can not wait to return!

Our first time in Key West

We chose this location based on its proximity to the main town and the water. We were not disappointed this area is a gated community. Close to everything…central if you will, and no more than 5 to 8 minutes from everything you want to do or see in Key West. Property manager met us there upon our arrival, and also met us before we left. Very helpful, including a concierge service that helped us with some booking for events. On our A+. Surely will use this location again.

Lovely Condo in perfect location

We stayed at this condo as two couples and really enjoyed the place. The porch is a perfect place to hangout and watch the sunset. The kitchen and living area were very comfortable and open so it’s easy to be with a group. The bedrooms were private and there are 2 other small patios. It is a fabulous location 3 blocks from Duval street. It was easy to walk to great restaurants/bars and shops. The only thing we can’t really comment on is how it will be when cruise lines come back as the condo is right there. But for us it was a perfect relaxing vacation.

Get away Key West

Beautiful. Better sunset than Mallory Square. Three and 1/2 blocks from almost every attraction (Mallory Square, Green Parrot, Duval St bus, Blue Heaven, Fort Zachary Taylor Park, Truman White House). Very large and open. Nice pool. All of our friends at other locations were envious.

What a view!

I hesitate to write this but in fairness to Last Key and Shel, in particular, here goes. Top notch all the way around. I’m hoping this becomes my go to every January and if I’m lucky February too!! The condo has everything you might need and the view can’t be beat. And Shel, as always, couldn’t be more gracious! I highly recommend, just not in January ;)

Heaven in Key West

This property was everything it said it would be. The view was fantastic. The location was close to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Although we decided to travel during the pandemic, the property manager was diligent in providing details regarding the cleaning process and left us hand sanitizer. We will definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you!

Excellent Experience

The only disappointment is the fact that we don't have the opportunity to rent this in 2021...after we arrived we called the next day only to find it was booked for February and March of 2021. Bummer!

Our First Time in Key West

This was our first time to go to Key West. Our location was awesome. We could walk to everything, the room was beautiful. The pool was behind our room and was completely private. This was a new two bedroom condo with all the amenities that you would need for an extended stay. The views from our back porch were of the best sunsets we have ever witnessed along with the boats coming into the harbor area. We will always ask for this location again. Our concierge Shell was extremely helpful with our activities on ever subject on the island. A vacation to remember and place that we will always go back to.

Beautiful property in ideal location!

Outstanding property in a great location! Property manager/concierge (Shel from Last Key) was outstanding: great suggestions for restaurants and activities. This property is a 5-10 minute walk to anything in old town. Apartment was outstanding: clean and very comfy. Definitely would return and stay here!

Wonderful area. In walking distance to Duval. It was the perfect location for our vacation. Condo accommodated 4 people very comfortably. Had the pool to ourselves every afternoon. Nice quiet residential area.
