Welcome to the Luxury Harbor House Suites! We proudly offer you a newly renovated 2,400SF, 4BDR/4BA Penthouse in the City Center. This charming historic gem is decorated in a modern, coastal chic style and boasts four large en-suite bedrooms. The phenomenal layout of the living area with 12 Ft ceilings allows for entertaining and enjoying the vacation of a lifetime. We are located just steps from the prominent Mallory Square, where many enjoy the famous Sunset Celebration.

The 4 bedroom condo was ideal for our family vacation. It is close to everything, extremely clean and everything we need was there. Ubers were readily available at all times . The food and bars in walking distance were numerous and the beach is only a few steps away.

Great Location

Eight Adults all stayed here and it was the perfect amount of space. It’s very clean, well equipped and it’s in the perfect location. I would highly recommend this beautiful penthouse apartment for a group. We will be back!

Wonderful Month Stay

We stayed at Harbor House Penthouse B for the month of December, and it exceeded our expectations! The listing was accurate, but the space was even more impressive in person. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and serving platters to additional storage space in the closets of bedrooms without bureaus.The location couldn't be better! It's right by Mallory Square and the start of Duval Street, with Simonton Beach just two blocks away. One important note: the ductwork connects the primary bedroom to Penthouse A, so the bedroom temperature depends on the thermostat setting in the neighboring unit. Some nights were perfectly comfortable, while others felt a bit warm. The property manager is aware of this. Additionally, cooking smells from Penthouse A sometimes drift into the primary suite.The condo was spotless, and the cleaning team was fantastic. We scheduled two cleanings during our stay, and they did a wonderful job. However, we did encounter small ants throughout the unit. We treated the space with RAID, which helped, and the property manager planned to have pest control address the issue.It’s unfortunate that the property now has a transient license allowing daily rentals instead of monthly stays. I worry it may not remain in its current pristine condition.Hana, the property manager was wonderful and always available to answer any questions.We highly recommend this property!

Location, location location Perfect Was there for the month of March? And coming to the keys for 30 years right off the wall street backyard Mallory Square You can’t go wrong!
