Beautiful home with relaxing view

We took our adult son and a friends to celebrate graduation. House was spacious enough for us and them to have plenty of space to spread out. We spent most of our time on the balcony off the master. The pool area was perfect and pool temp was warm. Communication was good and all questions were answered in a timely manner. We only stayed 2 nights, but was very enjoyable.

We have just come back from a trip to Key West and had the best time at this property. It really did exceed expectations when we arrived and we would go back without hesitation. The location was great for trips into key west although it is worth noting the area itself has very little within walking distance so Ubers or car hires are required. The estate is semi under construction which as a little confusing when we arrived but after that there were no issues. Everything in the house was really high quality and it worked so well for a mixed group of 10. To top it off we were allowed to check out a couple of hours early which helped our travel plans. Thank you so much for an excellent stay

Large house not far from the nightlife

We had a large group of friends looking for a reasonably priced house to fit all of us. 11 in total. Anywhere on or near Duval St we're outrageously priced so when we came across this property, we thought it was too good to be true. Excellent price, in a gated community, less than a 10 minutes ride to all the nightlife of Key West. The pool was perfect for the sunny, midday hangout along w a private dock to fish off of. More than enough towels for everyone and 4 showers was enough where no one was caught waiting to clean up. House was very clean and the management company is extremely quick in their responses in any of our communications. Would definitely recommend this space.

BEWARE! House is beautiful but they are not doing repairs that are MUCH needed.

At our check in I had to call the management company about many things about the house that were not working or damaged. I was told they knew about a lot of the items, because the house stays rented out they don't have time to do the maintenance to fix the issues! Well as much as they are charging me to rent this house for 7 days all of it should of been fixed and working before our check in! My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the pocket door was broke in the wall and we were told they could not fix it while we were there because they would have to take the small wall out and wont do it while were there. None of the ceiling fans in the house could be ran with out the lights being on so we had no fans to sleep with, I was told guest before us lost every one of the remotes (all 6). The AT&T cable would not work, they had to connect the tv to watch just movies for the whole week and said they would come back to fix it but never did. The internet kept going down on us. The ceiling fan on the back porch was broke, one of the blades was laying on the porch below it when we checked in. There was a collapsed tile leaving a hole in the pool deck , they said it was a warranty issue with the builder and they had to wait for the contractor to come back out so they are aware, one of our kids fell in the hole and hurt their selves (was not bad but could of been worse), this hole is right where you enter the pool and is not a small hole at all). They only give you 1 towel per guest for the whole 7 day stay, they tell you to wash the towels. The master bedroom tv would not work, the maintenance did fix that. The master bedroom french doors curtain has been ripped out of the wall and you have to be very careful when you open and close the curtain so it don't fall down, they said they would have to fix it when we leave. WITH all of this said, the house is beautiful and only 6 months old but as you can tell for only 6 months old and you pay this much money to rent this home for them not to even repair the issues with it and rent it out like this is unacceptable. I did send them an email when we got home telling them I did expect a discount because of all the issues and I got no response at all ! BE WARE,,,,

GREAT STAY~

I booked a stay at the property Dec 1-5th, 2022, with a group of 11 adult women (12 total). The property was beyond great; and the on line photos don't do it justice as it is so awesome! We loved the pool and outdoor spaces as well. We rented a pontoon boat which picked us up right at our dock. The proximity to Key West activities was perfect; you can easily Uber or drive your own car, or use rented bikes, as we did. There were military jets practicing daily maneuvers overhead, which was actually very fun to watch and not bothersome at all. Management was super-efficient in answering emails about questions, etc. We all LOVED our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. THUMBS UP X 12!!

Perfect retreat on quiet water for all ages.

The property was clean, new, quiet, on the water, easy access to key west. There were a few oversights during the building process that we reported that are supposedly being addressed as time allows but overall it was great. The pier/boat dock was perfect for fishing (small snapper, barracuda, even sharks) swimming, snorkeling (we saw parrot fish, angel fish, lobster, etc.). The pool was perfect, having the gas grill allowed for more eating options. We stayed while winds were abnormally high so the town was absolutely packed since very few boats were getting out on the water, so having your own piece of relaxation with amenities that you normally have to reserve around the island was great.
