This place is beautiful one half block from Duval St. Easy checkin and checkout. The room was clean with plenty of towels for the 2 day stay. My family had a great time exploring Key West. Thank you for a great time we will try to book again.
Traveled with my husband and 2 college kids. You can’t beat the location. Pool area was small, like all KW, but well cared for and in a tropical setting. Beds were comfy and outlets adequate for all our devices. On-site laundry was a bonus, and free was a nice touch. Check in is exactly at 4, not a minute sooner. Communication was always quick and friendly. Room was tight for 4, but we made it work for a week. Cops use a couple more hooks for towels. Only concern was with a few bugs. A very nice man showed up quickly with a can of Raid, which we hung onto and used. It’s FL and an older, historic home, so I guess I can’t be too surprised, but I wish I hadn’t seen them in the room! Overall, I’d recommend.
Great stay in Key West! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The outdoor space was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and the whole stay easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
This Boutique hotel was better than what we expected. Clean, quite, our bunks we’re very comfortable nice updated, bathroom, quaint little front porch, parking around the corner, beach down the street, and Duval a block away! Perfect Stay! Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Perfect little spot if you’re looking to stay close to Duval, Mallory Square, etc. The room is small, however there is a common area and balcony and everything has been nicely updated.

Awesome stay! Highly recommended! Friendly staff, very clean, beautiful decor, and middle of everything. What else do I need?
No host on site. No kleenex in the room, no TV - which is ok; but I don't recall seeing that in the ad.Reasonably-priced parking is available right around the corner on Simonton.Beds and bedding were very comfortable, facility was clean and neat, common areas were a bit too 'perfumey'.EXCELLENT location. Overall, a good value for this neighborhood.
We absolutely loved this place. The location is incredible and the property is immaculately kept. The kids really enjoyed the huge bunk bed. We enjoyed all the nooks and crannies and outlets in and around the bed.
The room was a little tight for 4 people, but if you're spending time in your room in Key West, you're doing it wrong. It was so convenient to end up a few blocks from Duval and Mallory Square at the end of the night.
Highly recommend.

Never contacted me about early check in or late check out when they said they would send an email. Also called and left a message and never received a call back. Very poor customer service if you ask me.
