Our fully equipped home is located in a gated campground with access to a marina and boat ramp. Situated at Mile Marker 101.5 and just minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where you can enjoy snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and more. Book your stay and create unforgettable memories in the Keys! Enjoy peaceful mornings, beautiful sunsets, and easy access to the best outdoor adventures the Keys have to offer. Our self-check-in space features a Modern Tiny Home with many custom features. Inside you will find a bedroom with Queen Bed. Loft space with 1 Full mattress and 1 twin-sized mattress and the living room with fold-out sofa (sleeps 2). Outside, the porch/patio area features: Covered Patio with a flat top griddle. Ice maker. Dining Table with six chairs and. Parking for dual jetski trailer or boat up to 23ft on our lot (no water docking allow). Come watch the beautiful Key Largo sunset from the pool or a common area. **Upon check-in you will be asked for a $250 refundable credit card hold from the association. This is a regulation required for all guests staying in the community. This $250 is NOT a charge; it is just in case guest causes any damage to community property. **All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must be registered at the office. Only 1 vehicle is authorized per reservation and must obtain a decal to enter the property. Additional vehicle $10.00 fee. 1 vessel (up to boat 23Ft or up to 2 Jet-skis) per reservation. **$25 one time boat fee only if you bring a boat.
Guests will need to park their boat on our lot overnight. Docking on the water is not available to guests (reserved for community residents). Our lot has a 10FT x 47FT clearance for boat/trailer/vehicle parking.
Campground rule: Watercraft are not allowed on federal holidays or lobster mini-season.
