Kettle's Yard

Annoyed that the air-conditioning was broken throughout, the building is very hot without this. No fans or support from the staff with this.

Three ladies in a group room for 4. The service was good to start off with however we were booked into room 108, which had several splats and pool stains of blood on the walls and carpet. The double sofa bed had a soiled single duvet and no cover and everything was set up for two. We had to make up the spare bed. Under the bed is covered in dust. Needs a good clean! Complained to management and was provided a partial discount. Hotel is convenient near to the station. Overall it’s a no for Novotel unfortunately.
