Would Be Nice

On paper, this property looked fantastic. We took a risk by booking it it with no reviews. When I booked it was Auto confirmed and I never received a response to my welcome message. The night before we were heading to Sun Valley I asked if we could check in a little bit early to put some food in the fridge. 6 hours later I got a message that the host didn't know that we were coming. The property was full. This was at 9:00 p.m. The host canceled the place and we had to find another place. Morale of the story to prospective guests is I would reach out reconfirm your stay.
