Beware of the restaurant ( which is not owned by the this property ) the young female waitress was exceptionally rude and aggressive toward a single older lady, who complained about not being served. "Unfortunately, the two days we stayed there were very windy and rainy. However, the condition of the facility was absolutely fine, and the atmosphere would have been a little different if it had been peak season when Cairns beach itself was bustling. We were not bothered by noise from other rooms during our stay, so we recommend this facility if you want to enjoy Cairns quietly."
