This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. My problem is the lack of communication. I had to email 3 times before getting instructions on how to pick up the key. When we arrived, the boiler had been completely turned off so I emailed the caretaker for instructions on lighting the fireplace to provide heat until the boiler came up. No response. The cottage information listed a washer dryer. Once we had washed our clothes, I couldn’t find how to use the dryer. Another email and no response. The cottage information also referred to an instruction book which was nowhere to be found. Better communication would make this a great place to stay.
