Be aware that the hotel staff cannot communicate in English.
A/C was out of order - no maintenance was offered, not change a room, very uncomfortable and disappointing.

Worse hotel and staff
I booked a wheel chair accessible room, when I arrived it was not ready. My first day was wasted and I didn’t get the room until night time.
The room is full of ants! The Air condition is not working. I called several times but no response. I went down to the reception at 11 pm to fix the A/C but they didn’t. At 3 am I got an Asthma attack because of the heat and no air circulation in the room. I called the reception again and they sent a technician to fix the A/C but he didn’t.
Today is my second day and it’s 2:15 pm and the room is not cleaned, the ants still carolling in the room, and the a/c is not fixed.
Barely anyone speaks English in this hotel. The lady at the bakery is very rude. Staff don’t care if I’m suffering fro the heat or unhappy.
Also, the hotel website and hotels.ca advertise that the hotel is 4 miles from the airport. The truth is the hotel is about an hour away from the hotel.
Very bad experience.
