Fuyez une catastrophe nourriture sans goût en boîte infecte, les chambres: lit complètement mort bonjour le mal de dos, joints de salles de bain noir de champignons, l’eau est non potable !! odeur d’humidité y compris et fortement dans les couloirs qui n’ont aucune aération tapis sales nous sommes restés deux nuits en all inclusive nous n’avions aucune possibilité d’annuler nous y avons mangé qu’une fois c’était infecte nous sortions manger du coup à l’extérieur. les personnels d’accueil: à l’entrée ils ne disent pas bonjour, la réception hormis deux petits jeunes qui semblaient exploitées et qui étaient gentille la femme de l’accueil ne parle pas anglais alors que le badge indique que oui et est fortement désagréable. N’appelez pas l’accueil depuis vos chambres pour poser une question ils décrochent et pose le téléphone vous pouvez attendre longtemps. Hôtel à fuir qui ne mérite même pas 1 étoile complètement délabré !

Otele giriş saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen bizimle yakından ilgilenen , yeni evli olduğumuzu öğrendiklerinde güzel bi oda ve odaya Şampanya ve Meyve gönderen HARİKA BİR PERSONELE SAHİP temizlik ve hijyenin maksimum olduğu ve sayamadığımız daha nice güzelliklerle dolu bir tatil oldu. Yeri, ulaşımı kolay, merkeze yakın güzel bir otel

Bizi girişte karşılayan ve odamızda belirlediğimiz sorunları çay içme süresi gibi kısa sürede çözen/çözdüren EMRAH Bey'e ve ekibine bir kez daha teşekkürler. Kemer'in girişinde ve merkeze yakın olması araç kullanımınızı gerektirmiyor. Sabah kahvaltısındaki ile öğle ve akşam yemeklerindeki yiyecek seçenekleri ve sunumları gayet güzel. Plajda da hizmet önemli ölçüde sürdürülüyor. Konukların büyük çoğunluğu yabancıydı. Günümüzü plajda geçirdiğimizden, otelin gün içi etkinliklerine ilişkin bilgim yok diyebilirim. Oda bakımı, temizliği güzel. Otopark sorunu yok. Ödediğinize değer bir otel.
