İzmir'den geldim ve oteli çok beğendim, Benim deneyimlediğim en güzel denize sıfır otel, personelin çok saygılı ve güler yüzlü olmaları, yemeklerin lezzetli olması benim için önemli kriterlerdendi. Odalar da çok temizdi. Performansı fiyatını bayağı aştı bence. çok eğlendim hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. İlk fırsatta yine ziyaret edeceğim.

5 Yıldızı Hakeden Bir Otel

Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren harika karşıladılar. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Rezervasyon esnasında nota balayı çifti olduğumuzu belirtmiştim ancak çok bir beklentim yoktu. Deniz manzaralı oda vermelerinden tutun odanın dizaynı, hazırlanışı, ikramlar her şey harikaydı. Gerçekten emek harcanmış, özenilmişti. Yemekleri güzel ve çeşitliydi. Temizlik konusunda hiç sorun yoktu. Temizlik görevlileri de güler yüzlü ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlardı. Tek eksik yanı animasyondu sanırım. Yanda bulunan otellerde eğlence daha yüksek seviyedeydi. Bu işi de çözerlerse zaten 5 yıldızlı olarak devam ederler diye düşünüyorum. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Nadie habla inglés. En el front desk, los hombres no son nada amables; ni intentan entenderte. Una chica me ayudó más! La habitación tenía una fuga de agua en el baño, tenían shampoo 2en1. Restaurante con muy pocas opciones, comida mala; nadie entiende inglés. El que cocina fuera, estaba sin guantes con las manos sucias.. nos fue realmente mal. El lugar no merece ser un resort all inclusive de 4 estrellas.

Good hotel with lack of internationality

Overall - very good place. The food is tasty, pool and beach are cozy and clean. However I've noticed several disadvantages: 1) unstable internet; 2) almost all service doesn't speak English. The main problem of this hotel, as well as the main problem of Kemer, is that it is overcrowded with russians. Shops showcases are in russian, service tries to speak to you russian, if you're not speaking Turkish language. Guys, please don't forget, that you are Turkey, not Russia. They need to study your culture if they are going to your country, not vice versa. The tolerance to russian ignorance always ends bad for all countries. Think about it. Other vacationers should not suffer from a lack of attention to themselves if they don't speak russian. It is not international language.

Hotels.com san rezervasyon yapıp lobide rezervasyonun daha düşmediği söylenip abartısız yarım saat bekletilen tek yerdi, verdikleri oda bir önceki müşterinin bıraktığı haliyle idi buda oteli diğerlerinden farklı kıldı, odanın kirli olduğunu söyleyince çatı katında mimariye hakaret sayılabilecek bir oda verildi, nede olsa bir gece düşüncesiyle tam odaya girecekken belboy abi para ödemeniz olmamış resepsiyona iniyoruz dedi, site üzeri ödeme yaptığım halde valizleri kapıda bırakıp resepsiyona indim bana gelen onay mailini gösterene kadar da inanmadılar, turist profili düşük yemekler aç bırakmayacak şekilde v.s. Eine absolute Frechheit!!

Das Hotel hat mein gebuchtes und bezahltes Zimmer storniert ohne mich zu benachrichtigen. Ich müsste mir ein anderes Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel suchen und das obwohl meine Freunde bereits eingecheckt hatten. Um Zeit mit meiner Freunde verbringen zu können (Zugang zum Strand und Getränke) müsste ich trotzdem im Palmet Resort 50 Dollar täglich bezahlen ohne Übernachtung!!! Das Essen und der Service sind unter aller Sau, dazu kommen die Aggressivität und die Unfreundlichkeit der Rezeptionist (Arthur) und der alten Nachtmanager. Wir wurden ohne Grund aggressiv und beleidigend angegangen. Die Zustände im Hotel sind unerträglich und das Essen ist eine Frechheit, der Service ist arm und nicht mal zwei Sterne würdig! Ungeschultes und Unfähiges Personal und das in einem angeblichen fünf Sterne Hotel. Das Programm der Animation ist eine Lachnummer. Dazu die Animateure haben von mir 20 Euro bekommen um angeblich günstiger für mich etwas kaufen zu wollen, habe aber nie was bekommen, weder Einkauf noch das Geld! Alles in allem, Türkei und Kemer als Land/Ort sind schön, aber als Urlaubsort mit Menschen, die den Tourist als Freiwild betrachten und ihn bei jeder Gelegenheit abschlachten wollen, ist ein NO GO!! Einfach enttäuschend! :/ Fazit: Nie wieder!

Hotel deludente. Periodo del soggiorno dal 20 al 2

Periodo del soggiorno dal 20 al 27 agosto 2015. Arrivo in Hotel h 24,30, stanza umida e infestata da piccoli insetti attaccati alla parete umida. Cambio camera con malavoglia da parte della reception. Cibo abbondante ma di scarsa qualità. I cliente dell'hotel si permettevano ogni giorno di occupare lettini e sdraio, che durante il giorno rimanevano puntualmente inutilizzati. Ogni giorno era una costante lotta e ricerca affannosa per trovare un lettini disponibili, stessa situazione per recuperare un tavolo per pranzo e cena. Serata kebab con interminabile fila (40 minuti) per ottenere una porzione. Di certo non torneremo più.
