We had a wonderful time. Pierre prepared gourmet breakfasts. He was personable and very helpful. The house is beautiful and the room was perfect. The location is excellent, we walked to downtown a few times. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Wonderful place. Pierre who let us in and showed us our room was terrific. He showed us around the whole property which is very well maintained and has a nice backyard. He made us a lovely healthy french breakfast the next day. The matress on the bed was not exactly what we would prefer - a little too soft for us but of course everyone has different mattress preferences.

After spending a week in hotels for work, this was the perfect way to end my trip. I felt like I was among friends and felt super welcomed and comforted by the stay. The house and property is very well kept and breakfasts were a delightful surprise each day. They offer à la carte services that I wish I had taken advantage of, but I will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of this place- it’s close to downtown but far enough that it feels serene.

An beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown Kelowna. The amenities were plentiful, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast, delicious. Absolutely would book again on my next trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Pierre and his colleagues were absolutely fabulous from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The B&B exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making us feel right at home. Every detail reflected the care and hospitality of the team. My sister and I had an amazing time at Chatam house. Our host Pierre was incredible and made our stay so memorable. He is an amazing host and incredible Chef. The most delicious and beautiful breakfast every day. I will definitely come back. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay here. Our suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. The outdoor facilities were well-maintained and nice. We had wonderful breakfasts the two mornings we were there as well.

Within a pleasant walk to the waterfront and restaurants, this B&B is in an excellent location. Host and hostess friendly an knowledgeable. Breakfasts were tasty visually beautiful, especially with their charcuterie bacon and eggs

We were met by Pierre who couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast was a delight. Pierre likes to provide a Canadian/French fusion. Not too heavy and not too light but a taste sensation. Nothing is too much bother in this delightful family home that you are aware of, but doesn't interfere with your private holiday. In addition to the exceptional facilities, Donna was a superb host. She was person-centered, interactive, and responsive to guest interests and needs. When reviewing such businesses, we tend to think in terms of the three P's - People, Place, and Product. Kelowna Bed and Breakfast has it all! Attentive personnel, charming spaces, and delectable food and beverages.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The home is beautiful with an amazing back yard/patio. It is very welcoming and the staff were great! The breakfasts are absolutely incredible, we will definitely be returning if we travel to Kelowna again. It is also just a 3 minute lime scooter ride to downtown Bernard Ave.
