Large hotel, we got spacious rooms. The hotel is a bit old but beautiful. Big free parking available. Breakfast is a standard European style. Room cleanliness is decent, and towels are replaced properly. The bar in the lobby is very small and I didn’t really like it. In one of the rooms, there was a clogged shower that caused flooding, and it was only fixed the next day, which was quite unpleasant.

"Der Hirsch in Füssen ist eine Tradition- und zwar ganz zu Recht. Das Niveau der Gastlichkeit ist sehr hoch. Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams an der Rezeption ist wirklich gut. Ich habe das Restaurant sehr genossen. Das Küchenteam macht eine wirklich sehr gute handwerkliche Arbeit (Zwiebelrostbraten mit sehr guter Fleischqualität und hervorragenden Speckbohnen). Besonders ist mir aufgefallen Fräulein Natalie, die zur Mittagszeit freundlich und sehr kompetent mit ihrem freundlichen Kollegen am Tresen das Restaurant „bewegt“- obwohl sehr jung eine echte Gastgeberin.

Ver close proximity to the main area of town, grocery stores and amenities close by, close to transit, and convenient parking. Why we have returned is mainly the level of customer service. The owner and his family are wonderful, super helpful and the hotel is spotless, offering a terrific variety for breakfast. "The view of the castle is from our room. Five minute walk from the hotel to the lake and a beautiful sunset location. Located right between the two castle and where the walking trails start and the horse drawn cart to the castle. Restaurant was excellent and priced similarly to other restaurants. On site parking. Nice breakfast buffet included. Very friendly staff and helpful. "
