Pedros was a fantastic host, who made our stay very enjoyable. The property is very conveniently situated for the beach (5min walk) and the various bars and restaurants in the area. We would definitely come again.

Petros and family made us incredibly welcome, going out of their way to make my birthday special. We had a large apartment with lounge and balcony. This was well equipped and very clean, with regular visits from the cleaner. The breakfasts we really good value with continental, hot options as well as sweat treats and drinks.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Zest at Xi beach. We stayed in a studio which was perfectly adequate in size foralways a couple. The studio was immaculately clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It contains everything required for a self catering holiday, although, we ate out all the time except breakfast. A very nice free breakfast was provided in a lovely setting around the pool. It was a great way to start the day. Petros, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He spoke great English and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Petros. We would highly recommend Zest and have already booked to return.

Caught in the cyclone while we were there so no electricity and no water for a couple of days. Obviously nor their fault and Petros did all he was able to do to assist us. Lovely place, ideal for families, short walk to the beach and good, clean swimming pool.

We had a fabulous stay at Zest. Tina & Petros work so hard to create a home-from-home experience. We loved: - the pre-arranged airport collection & welcome drink - the breakfasts : tasty homemade veggie cakes & mini-wraps,waffles, biscuits & muffins,locally sourced brown bread & eggs. Tina uses their garden produce so well - the clean pool - beautiful & peaceful setting - with flowers around,the honesty bar, - the well equipped kitchen,: real oven, filter coffee machine, mini grill & good space. Zest also provided washing up liquid & cloths/ tea towel - unusual for an appartment. The coffee mugs, glasses nice & plentiful. - the free wi-fi worked well - the cleanliness throughout, regular changes of linen & daily bathroom replinishment. it's like a hotel but with advantages of an appartment -the good amount of space: two bedrooms,for three adults), the outdoor & indoor sofas were relaxing. The beds were confortable, air con in all the rooms& a clothes airer The appartments are 10 mins from Xi Beach and opposite a car rental company which made hiring a car easy. There are 4 buses a day which we caught outside the appartment. This helps - given that there is only one limited mini-market nearby. There are taxis - we took one late evening 10 Euro one back from Lixouri. We did frequent trips by regular ferry from Lixouri to Argostoli It was a joy to meet Tina & Petros, friendly, fun, and caring. Thank you for everything - we loved our visit to beautiful Kefallonia

Precioso apartamento de verano en Cefalonia

Muy próximo a la bonita playa de Xi (10min andando). Es un apartamento espacioso con un precioso amplio y cómodo balcón. Todo muy limpio. Piscina grande. Se desayuna allí. Muy buen desayuno. Como hay pocos apartamentos, unos 10, está todo muy tranquilo. Y nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. Para repetir sin duda

Great value for money, our favourite part was probably the breakfast which is based on quality and not quantity - just as we like it! Petros and Stamattina are such nice people and the location of their hotel is just wonderful! We stayed at another hotel during our stay but Zest is our favourite! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Kefalonia!

Waren die ersten Gäste 2019 und somit lief es anfangs etwas schleppend. Wer im April zum Xi Beach reist muss sich im Klaren sein, dass im Ort ALLES noch zu ist und man nach Lixouri fahren muss(10min.) um essen zu gehen oder mal ein Eis zu essen. Das Hotel selber lebt von seiner familiären Atmosphäre und den Betreibern, und die sind absolut herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn wir mit dem ein oder anderen wasserproblemchen zu kämpfen hatten können wir (2erwachsene 2kinder) das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, gerade für Leute, die keine anonymen Hotelburgen suchen absolut das richtige. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!

Жили в студии ,есть все необходимое на кухне: кофеварка, гриль для горяч бутербродов, полный набор посуды,моющие средства и губки. Номера чистые, душевая кабина новая, все в хорошем состоянии.очень гостеприимные хозяева. На территории детская площадка, бассейн, напротив прокат машин. Район очень уединенный, рядом 2 5* отеля, пляж чистый, рядом супер ресторан с волшебным гиросом. До ближайшего города добираться только на машине или такси.море чистое, прозрачное,отлично для малышей.

suites-miniappartamenti di impronta anglosassone, bene equipaggiati, confortevoli, moquette per terra purtroppo. La localita' e' un centro turistico organizzato intorno a una spiaggiona di sabbia rossa iperaffollata in agosto, frequentata da famiglie. L'hotel e' un po' rientrato, a ca. 3-400 metri dalla spiaggia, senza vista interessante. I gestori sono gentilissimi, premurosi e accoglienti. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte di passaggio ma mi sento di consigliare questa struttura senza riserve.

Fantastic Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zest Apartments, from the warm welcome to the final goodbye. The Apartments are large, clean and have everything we needed, and the pool area and playgrounds were well used by our children. However, the best part of the Zest was the owners, who were friendly and helpful, and we felt like we were part of the family. Don't miss the BBQ dinner, it was awesome. We loved it and would love to come back one day.
