Great hotel unfortunately we were given a room with a rooftop view… But the indoor pool was amazing, the cleanliness of the room was great, and an overall good day.

Beautiful hotel. The restaurant is very good for a hotel restaurant. Staff is very efficient.

Our one night stay with our three young girls was so much fun. Loved the water park and the arcade. Easy to get to lots of food options in the area. Water park is clean and well maintained. Offer puddle jumpers and goggles if you forget them at home! Starbucks conveniently located off the lobby ;)

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel is a little pricey. Was not impressed with the restaurant Fyre. Was very happy Starbucks is on site!

There was food in the fridge when i check in. Worst part about it the waz not working. The smell when i opened to put my water in it was awful.

Overall enjoyed the stay (as always!). Gave 4 stars for room cleanliness, but they let us check in early so maybe that’s why?? Just a few random things found on the floor that we had to throw away that indicated they didn’t vacuum. Enjoyed our stay anyway!

Might just be the most dirty hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Hair all over the shower wall, I layed my clothes down on the floor and they were covered with long hairs, when we opened the door, we actually thought the room was dirty and slept in as the bed was so messy, only to find when we went to bed that the sheets were also very stained. For what you pay here, you should at least get a clean room. I don’t leave bad reviews but this hotel needs to address their housekeeping problems. Service in the restaurant was way below sub-par! $40 for bread that was supposed to be toast, uncooked potatoes, and rubber sausage.

Where do I hang up my bathing suit?
Need a lot more towel bars or hooks or both in the bathrooms. The main attraction is a pool, so a family needs a place to hang wet suits. and towels. There’s plenty of wall space in the bathroom.

Great customer service and staff!
I lost my engagement and wedding ring while we were staying there. I didn't notice until we were the next state over on our trip. They found the set after re-sweeping the room and saved them for me until we could get back. Saved my life! Seriously appreciate the staff there, they were wonderful.
