Otzia Sunrise Retreat, overlooking the Bay of Otzia

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is in the area of Otzia, overlooking the large beach of Otzia, which has 2 tavernas and about one third of the beach is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. The Port of Kea is 6 minutes from the property by car and the picturesque Marina of Vourkari is about 4 minutes from the villa by car. The last 700 minutes to the property is a wide dirt road.

The villa, which is 120sq meters, is set on a 1,000sq meters plot of land in a complex of houses, each completely independent of each other.

Description:

Entrance (outside)- Large shaded dining area, which seats 6 to 8 people and a BBQ.

Ground floor : living room with a dining area that seats 6 people, which leads onto the large outdoor patio, which has a shaded seating and dining area, where one can sit and enjoy the fantastic sea view. Near the dining area there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Leading of the living room there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 X 2.00) and a desk. The bedroom leads onto another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 X 2.00) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a separate entrance leading onto the large outdoor patio.

Lower level: From the patio there are steps leading down to the third bedrooms/guest room, which has outside a shaded seating area again offering a great sea view. The guest room has a large bedroom with a double bed(1.80 X 2.00), two built in sofas, a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
