"The initial staff was great when we checked in. The staff was non-existent whwn we checked out so I just left the room keys on the counter. As for the room, it was very clean and nice. The one complaint I have is the AC unit. Its an older push button unit that should be updated. I turned it all the way to cold to cool the room down. It then shuts off completely so I need to go push the fan only button. Then in the middle of the night, it warms up again so I hit the AC button until it cools down and shuts off completely again."

"The house was well maintained and the location was central to all recreational activities.The only thing I could not find were checkout instructions and that the property didn't list all the amenities.I was told there wasn't a grill onsite but when I arrived, one was sitting on the patio. Which I appreciated and used it often.I don't think I was ever in contact with the owner but rather the customer service representatives from the listing company so that would explain the gap in communicationsThe picture of the shared boat dock was not updated and labeled so it was confusing at first.I would rent again if given the opportunity."
