"We've just come back from staying here and we cant recommend it more! Its in-between bus stop 7 and 8 (8 being at the bottom of the hill) the rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff there were lovely.
The only downside is the hill from the main road, but we hired a quad so it was fine. We walked down at night but always got a taxi back, 10 euros from the town, which is pretty cheap.

"Only the view and pool were as promised. Bathroom has not been renovated, overall feeling was unfinished. Menu and price list in pool area didnt exist. Beach is much further than mentioned and if you are not keen on walking, some vehicle is must. We reserved and paid room in the beginning of June and unfortunately price was highly over valued. "The building & rooms are a little dated. Some maintenance is definitely required. Our room was spacious, but had a badly scratched floor & missing panel on the vanity in the bathroom. The staff were wonderful & always helpful. A nice bonus to have a complimentary bus into town that you booked the night before. No lifts, but the staff helped with our cases so it wasn’t a problem."

"My partner and I apent a wonderful 7-night stay at Hotel Paradise. This is a family-run hotel in which each member of staff can’t do enough to help and accommodate you. The hotel itself is well-laid out to ensure privacy in your rooms/on the balconies. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel runs a free minibus service to and from Skiathos town meaning you can easily access the restaurants and shops in this busier area but also choose to stay within the calm environs of the hotel and surrounding gardens.
When we return to Skiathos, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else :)"
"It is a kilometre away from city centre but if you walk a half a kilometer, you will find restaurants, they just won’t have the same energy as the city center, which if you’re looking for a quiet environment is perfect. The staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an out of this world experience."
"This hotel was such a lucky find! Myself and my fiancee had a very peaceful stay here. Super clean and friendly (we think family?) who own it. Any local we mentioned where we were staying to, knew it and were impressed we were staying there so it must have a good rep! Great for transport, both bus and water taxi. Car taxi only a tenner from skiathos town if you miss the last bus back. Easy walk down to achladies beach (has no issues finding sunbeds, only €15 for 2 all day), three restaurants/bars to eat and drink at and the water is beautiful! We recommend taking snorkels as there were lots of fish! Overall, an amazing hotel and location! "
