Kartepe Panorama is one of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed at. The property was amazing. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was impeccable. The views were beautiful. Great all around experience.

Extraordinary place with so friendly polite staff

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I can’t imagine how could i not passed by that place before. Extra clean you can not find a spot in all over that property. Well decorated, calm and comfortable place. Staff was absolutely friendly from the first glance the wave goodbye so polite and smiling you really feel welcome there. Im amused of the high quality of everything in and out room. Smell of place is extraordinary beautiful. Breakfast was really good portion and taste and also variety. That hidden gem is absolutely be my destination whenever I visit koacaeli next time. Trust my word you wont regret any penny spent in that beautiful place.

Friendly and helpful service The did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. I strongly recommend it. The area is super nice beautiful scenery. You will need a car to see all the places around. Beautiful natures.

The best hotel ever for us.. they gave us free upgrade from suite room to bunglow.. everything are nice and very good condition.. very clean very nice place.. we ordered sütlaç and they dont even want us to pay.. all staff is very nice and friendly especially the receptionist..

It looks the hotel is new, but they need to improve the hotel management. The hotel has serious internet problem they provide free WIFI but it’s totally not working. Also you don't have good mobile coverage. The breakfast is enough good and also the hotel staff are friendly.

Daha önce otel kısmında standart odada kalmıştım ve çok konforluydu şimdi dağevinde kaldım muazzam keyifliydi. Çok çok temiZ herşey en ince detayına kadar düşünülmüş, havuz şahane, ilgi alaka manzara kahvaltı en önemli avantaj zaten, kısaca kusırsuz bir konaklamaydı. Ennkısa sürede yine gitmek için niyet ettik bile.

Oda çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Havluların temizliğinden nevresimlere her şey yumuşatıcı kokuyordu, odadaki eşyaların ve banyonun temizliği çok detaylı ve güzel yapılmıştı.
