ANI遺跡は楽しみました
トイレの水の溜まりが遅く、時間がたたないと次が使えない。値段が高いにもかかわらず、置いている水も有料、大した話ではないが気分の問題。電話した時に英語で対応するスタッフがいない。wifiのパスワードがチックイン時に案内がなかった。ANI遺跡までのガイドさんの手配を事前に頼んだら、いいガイドさんが手配された。

Great service by the staff all around. When I asked if there were any stores that sell homemade rose jam, they called around and brought me one! Just excellent service by the manager Mehmet and staff.

Great historic hotel in a very convenient location to see the town by foot. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, many restaurants and shops nearby.

Great place to discover Kars & surroundings
Great hotel in the center of Kars. Featuring contemporary rooms and a tasty breakfast. It was an excellent staring point for our excursions with knowledgeable local guide Celil Ersözoglu to Ani, Çildir lake and the town center.

Small but beautifully renovated historic building a few blocks from the centre of Kars. The room had a large comfortable bed with a high ceiling and 4 large windows. Breakfast was good as well.

We stayed 5 days and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous! And the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the hotel manager was very charming. A most enjoyable say in Kars...we will come back again!

Excellent room with very comfortable bed. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. One sour note was the charging for small bottles of water- and not cheap at that. Only hotel that I have stayed at whilst travelling in Turkey that has done this.

Hotel is full of character. The room was large and well furnished. Staff were very friendly and keen to help. Breakfast was very tasty - loved the local honey! Had a great stay!

Kar's Otel keyifli bir konaklamaydı.
Kar's Otel'de 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otelin genel standardı bölge otellerine göre çok yüksek. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Biz aile odasında konakladık. Kahvaltıda seçenekler artırılabilir. Özellikle Kars gibi süt ürünlerinin meşhur olduğu bir bölgede tereyağ, kaymak, bal ve özellikle peynir çeşitleri artırılabilir. Genel olarak kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin lezzeti yerindeydi. Otel çalışanları ilgili ve profesyoneldi. wifi hızı fena değil ihtiyacı karşıladı. Geliştirilebilir alanlar olarak; odalarda minibar ve kasa olsa iyi olur. Hem odalardaki hem de banyodaki kalorifer petek sayısı veya büyüklüğü artırılırsa Kars'ın hava koşulları düşünüldüğünde daha konforlu bir konaklama sağlanmış olur. Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık otelden. Fiyat performans olarak iyi diyebilirim. Tekrar Karsa gelirsek tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Teşekkürler.

Great hotel for visiting Kars + Ani!
This was a good hotel to use as a home base for seeing Kars and the surrounding region, especially the ghost city of Ani. Very easy taxi ride from the airport if you don't have a rental car (which I do recommend if you are going to see Ani). Desk service is excellent and very friendly. The gentleman who checked me in helped me arrange taxi service to Ani -- we easily negotiated a rate with a driver that would take me out to Ani, wait for three hours while I explored, and then get me back to town. There are lots of dining options and markets around the hotel, but the morning breakfast service is very good, too. The room was clean. Shower was nice, bed was comfortable. No AC, which made for a bit of a stuffy August evening -- but opening the window helped quite a bit. In all, highly recommended for travelers coming out to see the area. And do go see Ani. It's a wonder.

고풍스런 저택에 잘 지어진 호텔이지만, 에어컨 냉장고 등 필수 시설이 없고, 가격이 터무니없이 비싸다.

Great option for northeastern Turkey
Pleasant rooms, nicely furnished. An in-room safe would have been helpful. Hotel staff were helpful, but spoke limited English. Restaurant was very good. Sightseeing in Kars was walkable. Hotel arranged for a taxi to Ani for the day.
