Each villa offers its own private swimming pool, modern interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere, while being conveniently located close to the main beach and the vibrant centre of Pigadia. Whether you are travelling as a couple, family, or small group, these villas provide the perfect setting for a memorable vacation.



The Space:

Every villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a maximum of 3 adults. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with quality linens. At the same time, the living area includes a sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, suitable for the third and fourth guests. The open-plan layout also includes a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, coffee amenities, and a dining area for relaxed meals at home. Large doors connect the indoor living space to a private outdoor terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and seating area, offering a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience and complete privacy for each villa.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to their private villa and swimming pool, as well as outdoor terraces and seating areas.



The Neighborhood:

The villas are located in a calm and welcoming area close to Pigadia, Karpathos’ main town. Within walking distance, guests can reach beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and local shops. The neighborhood offers an authentic island atmosphere while remaining close to all essential amenities and local life.



Getting Around:

Many nearby attractions can be easily reached on foot, including the beach and town centre. To explore the island’s more remote beaches, mountain villages, and scenic viewpoints, renting a car or scooter is highly recommended. Taxis and public transport options are also available from the city.

Free street parking is available directly next to the villas, making it easy and convenient for guests arriving by car.
