The room and the property are very good. The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is modern and has a nice shower. Wifi is consistent with high bandwidth. There is a restaurant and bar next to the lobby. Food quality and service are hnhoffa. The hotel is directly across from the subway and just a few stops away from the Hauptbahnhoff.

Distinguishing between the rooms and the hotel as such seem to be approriate. Rooms gave a brand new impression: stylish but cosy combined with functional elements. The hotel as such is clean but lacking atmosphere. Staff at the bar was below standard of a 4* hotel.

Zimmer ok, aber Matratze sehr hart. Ich wurde beim Einchecken mehrfach aufgeforder, den - mittlerweile abgeschafften - Meldezettel auszufüllen; dann wurde ich gedrängt, das Frühstück dazuzubuchen - ich musste massiv werden. Anschliessend hatte ich die Wahl, die Gesamt-Rechnung umgehend zu begleichen oder einer "Reservierung" des Rechnungsbetrags zuzüglich 100 Euro für evtl. anfallender zusätzlicher Ausgaben zuzustimmen. Da fühlt man sich sofort willkommen!

La gratitude de mini bar est une très bonne idée. Et les boissons et les chips sont très bons. Mais le shampooing n’est pas terrible, notamment sans l‘après shampooing… c’est très mauvais pour les cheveux.
