Sehr geehrter Gastgeber, wir sind sehr stark enttäuscht über die Sauberkeit, zum Glück hatten wir zusätzlich Bettwäsche dabei ansonsten wären wir sofort wieder abgereist! Bad ohne einfachste Ausstattung wie Papier Halten, Sauberkeit unakzeptabel wir haben die Dusche nicht genutzt! Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Great location near the beach with quick access to Copenhagen and Malmo. The owner was a pleasure to work with and a great communicator.

The property is spacious, well maintained, and light. It is well-situated near the beach, and the host was friendly and helpful (living with his family in the adjoining house.) We enjoyed our stay there. Some minor negatives: 1. The self-catering facilities were minimal with only a microwave to prepare food and a minimum of utensils, all in a "kitchenette" the size of a wardrobe. 2. The TV could only be used if you already had your own subscription to Netflix or similar providers. 3, The "patio" was really part of the car port- not a place to sit and admire the view. 4. We had no car and regretted not hiring bicycles to get around more easily as it was a 20 minute walk to the shops and railway station. In all other respects the apartment was excellent.

Zunächst das Positive: Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen, der Strand ist schön und sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und Städte wie Kopenhagen und Roskilde gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war freundlich, wir konnten früher einchecken und auf Anfrage zusätzliche Handtücher erhalten.Leider war der Zustand der Wohnung insgesamt sehr schlecht. Viele Möbel waren beschädigt oder aufgequollen, Wände und Bad wirkten renovierungsbedürftig, mehrere Ausstattungsgegenstände waren defekt. Auch die Sauberkeit war unzumutbar: klebrige Böden, verschmutzte Schränke, fleckige Kissen und Jalousien sowie staubige Dekoration. Im Bad fanden sich Schimmel am Waschbecken und starke Ablagerungen in den Duschfugen.Die „Kochnische“ bestand lediglich aus Waschbecken, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Mini-Kühlschrank in einem Schrank. Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle mussten wir erst reinigen, Geschirr und Ausstattung reichten kaum zum Zubereiten einfacher Mahlzeiten.Die Bilder der Anzeige sind irreführend – Meerblick gibt es von der Wohnung aus nicht. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde das Bad teilweise nachgereinigt, dennoch kauften wir bei IKEA selbst Putzmittel und Kochutensilien, um die Wohnung überhaupt nutzen zu können. Danach reagierte der Vermieter nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten.Für den Preis ist der Zustand der Wohnung inakzeptabel. Statt eine Reinigungspauschale zu zahlen, hätten wir für den Reinigungsaufwand entschädigt werden müssen.
