「Everything was outstanding really. Not much to complain about. The food was excellent. It’s worth booking the restaurants ahead of time as they’re all so good. Just a note - it’s a pebble beach, not a sand beach so if that’s important, then worth bearing in mind」

「Chambre spacieuse, propre mais mériterai une finition plus soignée et un rafraîchissement correct de la salle de bain, dommage qu'il ait encore des rideau de douche (niveau hygiène moyen). Matelas pas top. Personnel correct mais parle majoritairement anglais même à la réception. Petit buffet pas varié mais bonne cuisine. La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers. 」

「Sehr netter Empfang und Personal. Ich habe sogar zu meinem Geburtstag eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay. 」

「Wir waren im Mai 2024 dort. Hatten eine Junior Suite im neuen Teil gebucht, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr schön gestaltet. Der Grund für die 4 Sterne bei der Sauberkeit sind folgende: Hauptrestaurant Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser hätten sauberer sein können. Ebenso die Gläser in der Strandbar. Die Speiseauswahl war riesig vorallem im Hauptrestaurant und wurde geschmacklich getopt durch die weiteren Restaurants im Hotel, in denen man sich...

「Firstly, we didn't get into Kos till 10 p.m., so we knew we would unlikely get anything to eat. But when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us that they knew we were coming late, so they had prepared some sandwiches for us in case we were hungry!!! 「Not a 4 star at all.no entertainment any night very disappointed. Our door was left unlocked twice by the maid, air con stopped working, bathroom window wouldn’t shut so got bit by mosquitoes every night.
