Your holiday accommodation is located right in the heart of Kaprun, at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine charm creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere – perfect for couples and families alike.

The apartment offers 28 to 55 m² of living space for up to four people. Depending on the unit, the double bed is visually or physically separated from the living area. Some apartments feature an open-plan bathroom and a separate WC. A 120–140 cm wide sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for up to two children. Depending on the unit, amenities include a terrace, a light well, or a balcony, as well as a private sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped.

After an eventful day, you can relax in our two wellness areas (Family Spa and Adults Only).

A generous breakfast is available in the on-site restaurant for an additional charge.

Free Wi-Fi and TV are provided.
