Cozy room, comfy bed, all clean. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious with many options and we would stay here 100 times over! Highly recommend! And the SPAAAA! Will have you so refreshed! Definitely get a massage and facial! Also many sauna/steam room options! Love it!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Gondel war zu Fuß erreichbar, wir waren mitten im Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten und die Qualität beim Essen waren hervorragend.

Wonderful hotel!
I have been coming to Kaprun for over 25 years but this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Hotel Alpenhaus. Es waren alle stets freundlich und hilfsbereit vorallem als absoluter Skianfänger . Der Pool und Whirlpool sind ne schöne Entspannung nachdem Ski fahren . Essen war auch sehr lecker wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Das Alpenhaus Kaprun ist ein schönes Hotel. Wir hatten jedoch ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Tiefgarageneinfahrt. Wenn das Müllauto morgens um 7 den Glasmüll holt, steht man im Bett. Das Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab sehr viel Auswahl. Das Servicepersonal war super zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Nicht so schön empfanden wir, dass Gäste, wenn sie das Hotel betreten, nicht gegrüßt werden… das war etwas schade. Ebenso fanden wir es nicht so toll, dass keine kostenfreien Parkplätze angeboten werden. 12 Euro pro Tag sind schon mehr als heftig. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Alpenhaus Kaprun.

This hotel is amazing and the staff are just as attentive, kind and accommodating. A few staff members to name *Dining Staff* Prasanth Juan Alexis Nadja Hrvoje Ronny *Reception Staff* Martina Mahmoud Sorry, didnt catch everyones names but i cant think of a single staff member who didnt help, greet or simply make us comfortable throughout out stay. I went on a activity lumbered itinerary with my 2 sisters, the hotel gave us summer cards which include bus transport and so many different activities which are free! I was amazed and saved so much not having to pay, such a helpful touch from Das Alpenhaus hotel. We appreciate all your kind service and will be not only recommending you to others but also paying another visit in winter season ourselves! Look forward to staying with you wonderful people again! Thank you!

Das Alpenhaus ist sehr zentral gelegen für alle möglichen Ausflüge und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sogar wenn man nichts auf der Speisekarte findet, trotz großer Auswahl. Wir hatten ein paar Schöne Tage hier

Wir haben 2 Nächte mit Halbpension im Hotel Alpenhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durchweg nettes Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen waren köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Nur die Parkgarage ist sehr eng. Hier wird es mit großen Autos schon bei der Einfahrt krittich. Der Pool hat aus auch gut gefallen. Die komplette Anlage und das Hotel waren sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Lovely hotel, great loaction
We had a lovely stay as a group. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, and it was 2 minutes walk to the ski lifts.

This hotel is located directly on Kaprun centre and you can reach the slopes within 350 meters from hotel. This is the biggest advantage of your winter holiday. The hotel is very well equipped with beautiful spa area divided to adults only and family area. They have also big size swimming pool with jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner is slightly above average. But for us was the service of all members of staff that were are very friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotels I've been in.

Das hotel review
Receptionist was very rude, her machine didn’t work to hold the money and her altitude was very bad, it took more than 30 minutes to get the check in over with. Parking costs 12 euros a day which was not mentioned in the booking details. We stayed for 5 days and The restaurant staff was rude most of the time. There is no AC in the hotel and it was extremely hot during the day
