Villa B207 Private location closest to the beach, Ko Olina 3-bed beach villa!

This privately located beach tower villa 207 has no neighbors on either side and offers beautiful ocean and lagoon pool views! Located on 2nd level in the preferred Beach Tower building, this Villa is the closest 3 bedroom to the beach! This villa has Hawaiian touches and luxury furniture like our Natuzzi leather queen size sofa bed with gel mattress and two brand new comfortable leather swivel rocking chairs. This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa.

A new sofa has been ordered and is expected to arrive by January/February. The current sofa bed is broken. We do have a self inflating mattress in the villa for the meantime.

- Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero fridge refrigerator and freezer, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with permanent coffee filter, cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more!
- We include paper towels, tissue, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, bath and beach towels are included as well!
-Stairs to the beach, pool and pool bar are conveniently located just across the hall and they will take you directly to the beach and pools.

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo for our twin 4-year-old's birthday, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The view from the property was stunning, and the pool(s) was perfect for our little ones to splash around in and enjoy. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the location—it was convenient to nearby attractions and beaches. Honu Lagoon was a few short steps away and amazing for our twins to float around in and build sand castles at the beach. My elderly parents also accompanied us and the 2nd bedroom with the walk-in shower was helpful! The property was family-friendly, and our kiddos had an amazing time. The outdoor space was great for relaxing, and the entire experience felt like a dream vacation. We truly had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again for future trips to Hawaii. Highly recommend for families with young kids and older adults!

This is our second time staying at this KoOlina beach villa and we love it. We stayed with our two adult sons their wives and two infant grandchildren. It was a joy! Lots of room with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The indoor/outdoor living is wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked. The owners Chris and Greg are wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in the Ko Olina Beach Villas 3 times now. We love the location. The pools are great, and the beach is lovely. We enjoy the lagoons as the ocean is calm. We love the walking trail that goes along the beach and walked it every morning and evening. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. It's a second floor until with a great view of the pool. It had everything we needed. It's nice having ensuites for all the bedrooms. Chris was a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I and are friends stayed here and we were impressed about how nice it was. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were a nice size. We loved the Lanai which we used everyday. We loved the view of the pool and listening to the music they had on every night. The ocean was so close which was nice especially having kids. The only thing I wish it had was a beach wagon so we didn't have to carry all the stuff to the beach it was a lot but besides that it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location overlooking pool. All upscale appliances and furnishings. Very private three bedroom and three bathroom condo. Excellent Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Three major resorts and there amenities close. World class golf across the street. Direct access to the ocean lagoon and beach. We had a wonderful family reunion sharing kitchen cooking, BBQ nights and restaurant dining.

Our condo was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in while on vacation! The area has walkable restaurants and is 3 miles from costco, target etc. Our condo is literally just down the stairs to both the beach and the pool area. The beach is in a protective cove so you can let the kids swim without worrying about the tide. The owner was very responsive and even left an extra cooler for us.

We had the best week at the Beach Villas. The property is exactly as described, it was spacious and clean for our party of 6 + 2 little ones. It was our first time visiting Oahu and after a few afternoons of visiting Waikiki and the North Shore, we knew we had our own little slice of paradise at Ko Olina. The lagoons are great for swimming and even snorkeling. It was easy to enjoy the restaurants of the nearby resorts while having all the amenities of an apartment, and we enjoyed the calm environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We hope to be back sometime soon!

My family (5 adults and 1 toddler) and I stayed here for the entirety of our first trip to Oahu. It had the perfect blend of resort benefits (gym, pool, manicured beach and pool care) and home away from home. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron was super convenient on a 8 day trip and had all the extra amenities that one wouldn’t pack like beach chairs and toys for little ones. I felt very secure in that the room key only gave you access to the garage and the elevator to YOUR floor. Very spacious and clean with updated amenities. We would definitely choose to stay here again!!!

We visited with three sets of adults and a 13 month old. The location was perfect - only one flight of stairs and close to the pool for easy access to/from for nap times. You can see a sliver of the ocean from the lanai and the beach is almost as close as the pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed - pack n' play, high chair, cooler (for drinks and food by the pool/beach), beach towels, beach toys, hairdryers in each bathroom, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and lots kitchen utensils and equipment. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, helping to answer all of our questions. We'll definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Ko Olina; especially those with kids.
