「We had a beautiful Christmas at this villa! It had everything we needed, and the views were spectacular! The location was great, next to the pool, and trails, walking distance to napili bay, and all of our favorite resturants. Check in, and communication was seamless! We hope to come back every year, and cant wait to stay here again!」

「3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。」

「We’ve been to Kapalua many times - always love it here. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host Lisa was very welcoming and responsive. We really appreciated having some starter supplies (a few trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc..) and even some kitchen basics like salt/pepper and Saran Wrap. The kitchen was well appointed - plenty of dishes, silverware and pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again. 」
