安くて古めのホテルです。 お年寄りが長期間滞在する様な感じです。 周りに大した観光スポットもないので、ひたすらのんびりするのが良いと思います。 日本や高級ホテルのきちっとしたサービスが好みの方には不向きです。

フレンドリーで快適に滞在できる
空港からは車で20-25分ほど、タクシーだと約$25（+チップ）でした。事前に予約すれば無料の空港送迎サービスもあります。 ホテルスタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切な対応でした。ホテルに隣接するマーケットは素朴ながらいろいろな店舗が入っていて、簡単なお土産も買えるし、Island Country Marketでは何でも揃います。 デリでテイクアウトするも良し、レストラン（小さい）の一つで食べるも良し。 Imua Coffeeというカフェで使えるコーヒー引換券で毎日美味しいコーヒーをいただきました。 猫や鶏の親子が庭を自由に散歩しており、目の前のビーチはあまり遊泳には適しませんが砂浜でただリラックス。周りは欧米人しか見かけませんでした。 部屋は新しくはないですが清潔で、まずまず文句なしに滞在できます。

ちょうど良いロケーション
4泊家族で宿泊しました。部屋には日本メーカーのエアコンが設置されており、快適に過ごせました。また窓を開けると波の音が聞こえます。カウアイ島は今回初めてで、エリア選定で悩みましたが、空港にも10分程度と近く、ノースのハナレイや、サウスのポイプ及び以西にもアクセスが良く、レンタカーでの移動において、ちょうど良いロケーションでした。それから、この一帯は、他のリゾートホテルが密集しており、直ぐ隣にはショッピングモールがあり歩いて行けて便利でした。食材を購入してバーベキューも楽しめます。

半年前、パーシャルオーシャンビューのお部屋でしたが、とても気に入って、また利用させてもらいました。今回はオーシャンフロントのお部屋で最高でした。立地の良さと、いろんな植物が手入れされているきれいなお庭と部屋からの海の近さと、朝日も夜空も最高に綺麗なところが気に入っています。ミニキッチンはあるのですが、コンロはないので、電気ポットなどでお湯がわかせると嬉しいです。

よかったです。 またカウアイ島に行く機会があれば泊まっても良いと思います。 受付を通って、すぐ見える場所に、プールとビーチチェアと簡易バーがあり、宿泊者がそこで団欒したり、のんびりできる場所があります。 夜には、生演奏をしている方がいたため、音楽を聴きながらのんびり過ごすことができます。 部屋も浴室もトイレもキレイでしたので、特に不満はないです。 キッチンはないですが、電子レンジと小さい冷蔵庫がありました。 キッチンにコンロがあると、近くのスーパーでで、買ってきた食材を使用して料理を作ることができるので良いのですが、キッチンの備え付けがあるホテルはハワイでは別途税金がかかるようなので、コストはかさみますから、コスト面を考えたら、なくても問題なかったです。 あればあったで便利ですが。 このホテルは、エアコンが部屋にありました。 12月頭に宿泊しましたが、暑くもなく寒くもなく、エアコンが活躍する機会はなかったのですが、暑い夏には活躍してくれると思います。 駐車場は広くて使いやすいです。 また、車で3分くらいの場所に大きいスーパーがあり、非常に便利です。

3日前、シダの洞窟オプショナル観光に参加する前に昼食を採るために寄ったマーケットプレイスのすぐ裏側だった。リフエ空港に近いので、朝早くレンタカーを返すには便利でした。

空港から近い海岸沿いのホテル
空港から車で15分程度で海岸に面したホテルでした。海岸は急深で遊泳には向いていませんが散歩は快適でした。エレベーターのない3階なので重い荷物を上げるのに苦労しました。ホテルに隣接してレストランがあり昼食や夕食に利用しました。ホテルのサービスでコーヒーとレモネードのサービスがあり楽しむことができました。部屋のコーヒーメーカーは利用方法がわｋらず最初は苦労しました。隣接してショッピングセンターですがお土産屋とＡＢＣマートで食料を買うのに困り、ドライブの途中のショッピングセンターで買い物をしましたが、歩くと２０分ほどの国道沿いににマーケットがありました。ホテロの滞在としては小さなプールがありますが退屈します。他の観光地へドライブで出かける基地として良い場所かと思います。

コスパの良いホテル
ビーチ（徒歩３０秒）やスーパー（徒歩１０分）からの距離も近く、従業員もフレンドリーで好感の持てるホテルです。必要以上の設備やサービスもなく、シンプルなステイが楽しめました。ただ、隣の部屋との壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の人のテレビの音量が大過ぎなのかわかりませんが、音漏れが気になりました。（話し声などは聞こえません）コスパも良く、適度な部屋の広さも確保されていて快適でした！

オーシャンフロントを予約して良かった。
朝起きて目の前が海という非日常的な素晴らしい3日間を過ごしました。 一階のオーシャンフロントだったので部屋からそのままビーチに行けました。 朝日が昇るのを数メートル先のビーチベッドでコーヒーを飲みながら迎えられました。 すべてのつくりが(欧米人向きなのでしょうが)高くて、例えばキッチンやベッド洗面台など笑えるほどでしたが、それも非日常で新鮮でした。 部屋はけして新しくないですが、ぬくもりがあってとてもくつろげました。 また隅々まで清潔でした。 英語ができず不安もありましたが何とかなるものですね。 ガーデンの美しさも素晴らしかったです。 どの植物も見ほれてしまいます。 猫と鶏が敷地中にいるので、猫好きにはたまらないと思います。 駐車場との間にスモーキングエリアがあるのもありがたかったです。 日数×人数分コーヒー(or ジュース)チケットがもらえるのですが、そのコーヒーショップのお姉さんが早口で希望のものを注文するのに難儀しました(苦笑) キッチンは簡易的なもので煮炊きができるわけではありません。(ほかの部屋はわかりませんが) コーヒーはカセットマシーンだったのでそれはいいのですが、持っていったコーヒーを入れるためにお湯が沸かせず、ABCマートで買ったカップ麺もレンチンのお湯で対応。 コーヒーポットでもいいからお湯が湧かせられると便利かもしれません。 氷は外にアイスメーカーが設置されてて便利でした。 アメニティは５種類　シャンプー・コンディショナー・シャワージェル・ボディーローション・固形石鹸　これで困りませんでした。シャワージェルは特にありがたかったです。

海から昇る朝日。何もしない贅沢
中高年夫婦、オーシャンビュー5泊。ホテルとコンドミニアムの中間的。ショーやレストランなく華やかさはないが静かで快適。空港近い、小規模マーケットプレイス隣接、徒歩１０分程にスーパー、海が目の前で立地良い。バーべキューと簡易キッチン（コンロ無）で毎日部屋食した。カフェとプールバーで使える飲み物券がもらえる。朝日を見て散歩後、コーヒーをラウンジでゆっくり飲んだ。wifi 快適。空港シャトルサービス（要予約）を利用、車なくても過ごせる。ただ、有料ランドリーはリゾートフィーに含めて無料になればさらに便利になるのだが…。洗濯は頻回にしたい。 価格、立地、設備等考えると総合的に良い。

We had a great stay at the Islander! Grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept. Room was clean. Free 2 hour bike rental was a pleasant surprise as well as a movie rental. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Shopping and dining within walking distance. Can’t think of one complaint.

The customer service here left much to be desired and the room was outdated and musty. The positive was the location was right across the beach and a night stroll revealed the beautiful stars in Kauai. Would not rebook because of how outdated everything was. Another downside is no daily cleaning unless you stay 5 nights.

Lovely property, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants, staff all very nice and helpful. Not quite sure what the amenities charge was for, they did provide beach towels, but were very reluctant to supply tea or coffee refills for the rooms, and only cleaned the room every 3-4 days. Having said that I would be very happy to return

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
No complaints except for the bed, mattress was shot and our backs paid the price. Other than that it was a great place. Our view was amazing in the morning watching the sun rise.
