Super retro style upstairs apartment! This is the top story apartment of a home built in 1898. It is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love the space because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Perfect Lee’s Summit place to stay!
My parents came in town from Atlanta and stayed at this property again. They had nothing but great things to say again. They have said this will be their go to spot to rent when they come to town. It is always clean and well appointed and the owner is very nice and quick to respond. It is in a great location and in walking distance of so much to do in Downtown Lees Summit.

Lees Summit Hideaway
Overall stay was good. The flooring in the apartment upstairs is not all on one level. There are small steps throughout the house that will catch you if you are not paying attention. This was not noted in the description. In one bedroom the ceiling fan blades were missing.

Cost place for Christmas
We stayed at this property during Christmas this year while visiting our daughter and family in Lees Summit. It was the perfect place to have our “own” space while in town. The property is uniquely appointed and very homey. It is a great location and is close to everything. We adore downtown Lees Summit, especially during the holidays. We hope to be able to stay at this property again when in town visiting with family.
