The main level includes 3 bedrooms—one with a private en-suite and two others sharing a spacious hallway bath. Head downstairs to the lower level, where you’ll find 2 more King Beds and a third full bath—perfect for added privacy or group travel.

Guest Access:

Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Just minutes from downtown Lee’s Summit, you’ll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. While the area provides a calm retreat, it’s also well-connected, with quick access to major highways and only 20 minutes to Downtown Kansas City.

If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property — please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking

We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of neighbors and the quiet residential nature of the neighborhood.

Do not block neighbors' driveways or parking spaces

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of your stay. A fine of up to $2,000 may be assessed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel more than 5 days before your arrival for a full refund (minus processing fees).

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
