I asked for non smocking room and Room 206 reeked of smoke smell that stuck on my clothes. Building is very dirty, has no elevator and exterior and parking lot are falling apart.

Not worth my safety
After securing my reservation online, i called the facility to inquire about early check-in. It was 1;45pm. On-line stated that their check-in was 4:30pm. Upon finally reaching a person to speak to....i was treated with rude haste and hung up on. I drove to this facility and sat in the parking lot to observe. This hotel looked shabby, the parking lot was rough terrain. It appeared to be a seedy, unsafe, unsecure environment. I did not even go inside. I wasted money because of the rude treatment to myself, a paying customer. And because of the ill, unkempt visually, and unsecured feelings of the outside environment i did not even want to stay. Refund please.?!

I want my $ back this place is filthy everywhere you look. Not going to shower in sleep in the bed. I took pictures and video and keep finding more sand more disgusting things. They need inspected. Please contact me. 913.304.2304 and refund me or guve me credit Oh and i called ahead and said i was on a lifting restriction and on disability and im on the 3rd floor with baggage. I had to tip the guys to get baggage up three flights plus difficult for me to walk due to NO elevator!! How am i suppose to get my luggage down? . I have no more cash! Very frustrated disgusted and disappointed this hotel is even open and able to have guest!! Deplorable Dana Bernard

Fluffy pillows
The only issue i had was the air conditioner was a mess. It was so loud i couldn't sleep. However, my check in was good, the room was clean, and the pillows were fluffy.

The worst hotel experience ever!
So I booked an accessibility room and I'm given a third floor room and no elevator in this hotel. But it gets better I finally climb the stairs and my key don't work. I go back down to get a new key and climb all the way back up and that key don't work. After the employee tried several times and went to use his key a man inside the room opened the door and said "There's someone in here!" That was horrifying for him, us and the guy who was staying in room 310.

Room smelled musty and damp...carpets felt damp , meth heads everywhere, arguing in parking lot at 2am , someone working on their car til midnight right outside our window...parking lot in horrible condition...desk clerk very nice though. .we will NOT be back

Make sure t.v. works properly
Room was clean & the bed was comfortable but; the television was never up to par. The lady came and fixed usb cord t.v. worked only manually never remote; otherwise micro & refrigerator cool.

Horrible cleanliness, place wasn’t clean at all, stains everywhere, bathtub was nearly black from the stains, bedsheets had stains, lamps had stains, walls had stains, found what looked to be a blood stain on the sheets, cigarette burns on the sheets, strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the lobby, the building itself isn’t clean and the only way I could get a refund and cancel my stay was to file a dispute through my bank since they are extremely unorganized. The lady at the desk gave me a number to call to cancel the stay, I call that number and it goes straight to her. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, spend a few extra dollars to get a place to stay that’s actually worth it.

BAD SERVICE !!!!!!
I paid in cash at the motel and they REFUSED to give me a Receipt when I checked out!! When I checked in, I had to call some one on my phone and wait for over 10 minutes for some one to check me in!!!!

Please reconsider and go elsewhere!!!!
When asked if I had a pet, I did confirm I did have one in the car but it was going to family and not staying with us. I was met with yelling and a demand for $50 deposit that I was supposed to receive in full plus $20 per night. I did try to explain but the yelling just increased and I was threatened that there was no way my booking would be honoured. So I did pay the deposit, canceling the arrangement made for my cat, and fully expected the deposit to be refunded. It was not fully refunded, but wasn’t worth going back for. The hotel itself was disappointing and I did keep my room as clean as possible, even though there was obvious neglect. The guy screamed at a guest for smoking in a smoking room because it set off a smoke detector the guest was not responsible for. The guest apologies but the guy screamed he was going to kick him out if he smoked in the smoking room again. This isn’t a professional establishment and there isn’t a hint of a decent amount of human courtesy or honesty here. I don’t recommend it and encourage you to reconsider the place $5-$10 more. I promise it’s worth the extra money to stay elsewhere and avoid this plague.

The owner and the works parked in the porte cochere. Making it hard to bring your luggage in and out of hotel. The owner and workers treat this place like a toilet.

My family got to the room and the hotel reeked of weed and sketch activities. The sheets had blood and other "bodily fluids" on them. The booking was for 2 nights but there was only 1 night on record (confirmed with hotels.com it was correctly made for 2). The room was overall super gross and my family was scared to stay there. Had there been another hotel available within an hour we would've just left the room and booked somewhere else. Do not stay here.

not all bad
upon arriving on sit the hotel clearly needs maintenance to improve curb appeal it had faded chip paint total lack of perimeter security front entrace was manned but anyone could enter the rear door saw no form of security homeless and vagrants on external property and trash under rear steps i think someone homeless was living there the entire hotel smelled of pot it was the best price we could find in the city which most would consider cheap and at least the rooms were pleasant and secured from inside

Property was in HORRIBLE condition. Reeked of smokers even tho it was a nonsmoking room, sheets were stained and dirty, whole place was in horrible unkept shape, didnt feel safe for my family but had no other option as everywhere else in a 20 mile radius was sold out....

Got the room to stay for 2 nights. Our tv in the room did not work from the first night and they never tried to do anything about it. The hallway smelled like cigarettes even though we had "no smoking". Would not stay there again.

The disability access is very limited in this hotel/ City code only requires one room to be accessable to be in compliance My ole' man is wheelchair handicapped and couldn't get the wheelchair to fit thru bathroom door and it's a small chair in relation to others I've seen
