Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and garage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as seen in pictures and described
There is our apartment on the basement level with its complete separate and private entrance
The only thing that is shared is the laundry room located next to the garage.

For the quality of everyone’s life, quiet time is 10pm

This is a well established mature neighborhood. Absolutely No party, No loud music, No smoking/drug, No illegal activities allowed. Please be respectful to the peace and calmness of the atmosphere and neighborhood at all time, and I will do my very best to work with your needs and any particular request of your group.
